7 upvotes too
Perfectly balanced, as all things should be
Are they releasing Hero cards in this order because shaman's and warrior's DK sucks the most at the moment? Will we get Hero cards for the other classes too in the future?
Well, I just have one thing to say:
Perfectly balanced
Do you think there is a special emote when you play Boom (minion) after playing (Boom Hero card)? Medivh used to say "oh hello there" when Mediv was played.
GENERAL KENOBI
Having a Foe Reaper 4000 with this is going to be amazing! His dialog is just so fitting for his new RUSH upgrade. "SAFETY RESTRICTIONS OFFLINE, HARVESTING SERVOS ENGAGED."
The one big problem with him is that he doesn't immediately impacts the board the turn he comes into play, but maybe 7 armor is good enough to not die right after you play him.
Technically you can play any mechs up to 3-mana the same turn and get some value out of it immediately.
If Warrior could afford to spend 6-mana on a 6/3 in the past just to get a better hero power they can spend 7 to get this.
There is also Shield Slam which is fantastic alongside the 7 armor boom grants and at 10 mana you can go boom, new hero power, Shield Slam which should be enough so that you don't fall behind that much from getting boom online. You can also hold this card until you find Scourgelord Garrosh, play him, and then play boom so you still have Shadowmourne to remove stuff on the board the turn you play boom (and yes I think you run both hero cards very much like how quest warrior is currently running scourgelord even though you never play him after you complete the quest).
Finally the second Flurry I accidentally crafted will come in handy.
seems like they are giving classes that have slightly unplayable DK new heroes, next expantion they will give paladin a new hero

How on earth is Hagatha considered bad? It's really good value and can help you get out of lost games.
I think Town Crier works off keywords. So just because this hero gives mechs rish, I don't think Town Crier will recognize mechs as rush minions and draw them.
i think it will b/c guild recruiter works with baranabus
barnabus changes all the card costs to zero, which is reflected on the card. The granting of rush is not on the card itself but in the buff box below the card. That's where I'm not sure whether the card works. But we'll see!
that is true i guess its a weird interaction we shall see do
We don't need to wait and see, it's a known game mechanic. I guarantee town crier will not draw any mechs that don't already have the rush keyword
I think the wording is confusing: "after you summon a Mech, give it Rush" or "whenever you play a Mech, give it Rush" mean that the keyword only applies after it comes to play, whereas "all your Mechs have Rush" might mean that the keyword is given wherever the mechs are.
There could potentially be a way to test this using Houndmaster Shaw and Countess Ashmore
I am still not convinced about the lore behind the expansion but the card seems nice. Hero Powers are well rounded, effect is not crazy OP, just really good. I just hope it won't throw DK to trashbin like Hagatha and rotation did with Thrall :)
