Calling it now: Will get voted as mediocre and turn out to be meta defining.
You can just go all in early-mid game without caring about card draw, because this lets you refill your hand with 3 legendary minions late game.
+ A lot of legendary minions have battlecry, so adding them to your hand is sometimes even better than immediatly summoning it.
It'll be either a new version of how yogg decks worked.. or a total meme deck, but i see it being in a heavy control/stall deck, 9 mana draw 3 legendaries with the potential of them being obsolutely insane.
9 Mana 6/6, Battlecry: Add 3 random legendary minions to your hand. Isn't too bad compared to other legendary cards we have had in recent times. Plus if you manage to Shadowstep or Cheat Death on one of them, it becomes 10 mana 8/8 which adds 4 legendary cards to your hand.
If anything it is certainly a strong value card that I am very much looking to trying out.
The question remains, is Koh his Ally or Rival?
A must-pick in Rogue arenas. The games are slower and the value it generates can completely blow out greedy decks even if this is your only "high mana" card.
However, constructed is a different story. Random legendaries are usually way too bad and even if you do get a lot of them, you'll still need good defensive cards to reach the point in the game where value matters. Rogues simply do not have that and even their current best deck at going long (kingsbane rogue) simply doesn't care for additional legendaries this card would provide. In fact, they'd rather not clog up their hands with cards that would set them behind on their primary win condition.
tldr: Very high value arena card, terrible in constructed.
I'm excited to see a three mana Legendary card for Rogue!

It feels just too gimmicky. A 3-mana 2/2 is terrible stats in any case. Obviously, it gives insane value on turn 9 and potentially even more with bounce effects or Vanish, but at the end of the day, just having a bunch of random leggies in your hand rarely wins games, especially not in Rogue where you have no heal or defense.
The only class that ever got away with spamming random legendaries were old Control Warrior and Priest using Elise. The only point where you can safely play this is if you're up against a heavy control deck and you're just fighting over value. Against any tempo or aggro deck this is just a vanilla 2/2 unless you manage to high roll a perfect answer.
Maybe there's going to be a really grindy Control Rogue deck (maybe involving Kingsbane if we get more weapon buffs) and this will just be run by itself as a value generator for lategame, but other than that it just seems clunky
thing is that Rogue is pretty much the ultimate stall class next to druid after they got spreading plague, what with kingsbane rogue being able to stall untill they can bash you down.
but as you said this might be perfect for kingsbane rogue but kinda unsure since i think the deck has already been refined, unless they add in more weapon buffing cards, no i think this random legendary card generator is gonna get it's own kinda special deck that'll try and cheat it out or the legendaries it puts in your hand
thing is the darkness auto countered all reno/raza/kazakus decks so as decks were getting flushed out that card alone seemed to change peoples direction in what the meta should be, so as long as darkness is still around we probably wont see a raise in non-duplicate decks.
Face Collector + Brann + Thaurisan = 6 Legendaries lol, Wild Format is going to be so fun.
Could be decent in quest rogue for The Caverns Below but legos arent that important sooo.
I think Quest Rogue can't afford to use a 3-mana card to complete the quest and if you're talking about after popping Crystal Core, the deck aims to kill with chargers instead of outvaluing through legendaries.
so... if you are playing against warlock and discover a summoning portal with an hallucination, it means you gain up to 6 legendaries with only one card??

Rogue is the Queen of bouncing minions. Not to mention if they stay on the board and you drop a Sonya Shadowdancer and kill them off you can get serious value.
This card sucks due to the amount of legendaries that NEED deck synergy to be decent or are simply bad. Look to Arena for this, a place where many legendaries are simply bad.
