Who's consuming The Darkness now ANDUIN BIATCH!
Well, Anduin kills 20/20s... but the candles sure counter the singleton archetypes.
I can already see videos of people intentionally overdrawing in an effort to burn the candles.
Darknessssssssss!!! Charlie Murphy
Memes aside, this could actually be a nice tech card against razakus priest
Good point! Neither death nor Shadow Anduin could beat this!!
The point is that it will prevent Raza and Kazakus from activating...
you mean potentially blocking them with a candle draw? is it known if it works like "Beneath The Ground" or if it screws over 3 draws for the opponent?
THat said, not enough is known about how this card functions, it's an interesting little monster though.
They draw another card like beanth the grounds. What he means is that the 3 candles breaks the condition for singleton tech like raz, kaz, reno, to work.
So if you steal the candle from opponent's deck, will it count the progress?
I wonder how The Darkness would work if there were more than 3 candles in the enemy deck. I assume you would only require 3, so perhaps with Brann Bronzebeard or Murmuring Elemental there could some be some unviable shenanigans to be had.
All you had to do, was keep your damn candle lit, CJ!
if you cant silence it, then its ok
otherwise its pretty damn good
Can't be silenced since it's an invincible token like the Dormant Sherizan and Nether Portal.
oh, so its ok, you can mill the candles to your opponents hand so you can summon this, luks gud
Of course you can't silence it. That would be broken af
Evolve ?
Then you would get a permanent 4 mana dormant minion on your board
I wanna cast Magic Missile!
If they don't have a Dead Alewives reference as the flavor text, I will be sorely disappointed.
