Pffffou this looks really strong after a sleep with the fishes armor smith turn. Control warrior needs a new legendary Garosh is not cutting the cheese ATM.
Classes without hard removal are really going to feel the pain. Great stats in a priest meta BTW. Card is very good.
I'm seeing a lot of people touting the Bring in On! + Yip combo. It's certainly viable, but not for the reason many think.
Let's agree on one thing: Geosculptor Yip is not a tempo card. An 8 Mana minion which does nothing the turn it is played except summon a random minion, is an awful card to drop against a full enemy board. By design, Yip is a value card, at home in a Control deck which runs sufficient removal to keep the board clear, and your Armor intact. (A common exception is against Aggro decks which rely on constant face pressure, in which case Yip won't be of much use anyway.)
Control decks are capable of doing what few other archetypes can hope to do, which is be patient. It's not uncommon to see a Control Warrior spend a turn doing nothing except Armor up, perhaps draw a few cards, and click End Turn. As such, dropping Yip can almost always wait. As such, he doesn't require much special attention. Simply drop him on a turn when you happen to have a substantial amount of stockpiled Armor.
I don't believe Yip require a deck to be built around him to be playable. Because that deck already exists. Some variants of Control Warrior (see Dead Man's Hand Warrior) already run cards like Bring it On! as additional Armor gain, which offers a clean 2-card combo with Yip. But that's simply icing on the cake. Yip is perfectly fine as a late-game win condition in Control decks, or otherwise in any deck capable of consistent Armor gain.
end of turn effects trigger twice combo?
This guy is going to need a deck built around him to succeed. And I don't know if that effect is going to be enough to be a "win condition." There are still A LOT of warrior cards left to reveal though!
What are you talking about? Just gain armor and win. Control Warrior in a nutshell
I now believe King Togwaggle is just a figurehead for Geosculptor Yip's shadow empire.
Why rank 25 ppl commenting?
Are you serious? You can't be.
Several minions in K&C are being shaped to avoid Priest's removals (4 attack, high health). That is not good. I think it's time to send, at least, SW: Death to the Hall of Fame.

Gather Your Party: Pfffffft
Mithril Spellstone: Eh, has potential
Geosculptor Yip: Fucking Hell
There is a limit of 10 mana, you can read in the card text: "(Up to 10)"
I'm going to assume that if you have more than 10 armour then it will just always summon 10 cost minions.
Greater or equal to 10 armor, will summon a 10 mana minion
Will zero armor summon a zero mana minion?
Probably. I mean the text says equal to your Armor, so if you have 0 Armour then you'd logically summon a 0-cost, right?
Sounds about right, the scary part is that mages can accumulate armor now. Oh well, at least the 4 attack provides some protection against power word spells
Once the Witchwood hits, there will only be 4 10-mana minions in standard. Tyrantus, Deathwing, Sea Giant and Ultrasaur. So the low roll is an 8/8 for free, should be interesting. We'll need to see if the new expansion adds any other 10-mana cards, but if not that's insane.
Can it also summon tokens like The Ancient One ? That would be insane!
If we get technical, it could summon two Blood of The Ancient Ones.
