It's an interesting card. I'd definitly call it playable, especially if you lack board or taunts for your enemy to sacrifice their minions into. It might also force them to use thier own removal on thier own minions so added bonus. Definitely a cool card to mess around with.
this is a 6 mana mind control, i'm not sure people are saying this card is bad lol. throw up some cheap taunts or freeze it and there you go.
This card could be good depending on a single factor that I doubt will actually happen. When the card is controlled, are you able to act with it immediately? Most likely answer is no which means it is dust. If by slim chance it does allow you to act though, then this could be worth experimenting with even though it is still slow.
Not great but not bad. You could force your opponent to do weird stuff to deny you a minion or at the very least weaken it, possibly wasting their turn. might see play but likely at 1 copy, not 2
Mages may be interested in discovering this card if they can keep freezing minions on the board. But for most priests this is too expensive and too slow for removal.
Glacial Shard synergy
A better entomb
Niche card in a niche deck. Most likely Quest or Deathrattle Priest. Good but not great, bad but not horrible. Best case scenario it's a cheaper Mind Control. Average scenario you get a deathrattle minion killed and get a damaged minion from your opponent, which is still worth more due to Priests ability to heal and even draw while healing. Worst case scenario you spend 6 mana to force your opponent to make inefficient trades, while hopefully getting some deathrattle effects? Will be interesting to see if anything else gets released to help stall until this goes off.
Worst case scenario is actually playing this card against evolve Shaman. Once the minion evolves the effect from this card disappears and you just wasted 6 mana and an entire turn while they have a stupidly powerful board. This is an easy 100 dust ftw.
If there are no other minions on the board, then I can see this card being somewhat useful in Arena, but I'd probably rather pick any other 6 drop offered before picking this.
To anyone saying that this is worse than Mind Control or too slow or whatever, consider that on your opponent's turn 6 they summon one of the following minions only for you to play this on it:
- Savannah Highmane
- Aya Blackpaw
- Cairne Bloodhoof
- Dark Arakkoa
- Fire Elemental
- Kabal Trafficker
- Ornery Direhorn
- Scaled Nightmare
- Sunkeeper Tarim
The salt will be 100% real.
And while this will be very, very good in Standard, in Arena it's going to be bonkers.

So that is why evil always loses. No immediate effect on board, doesn't prevent lethal... the ultimate greed...
Of course stealing Ysera this way is fun, but most of the cards aren't on the level of Ysera, not to mention you don't get the battlecry...
most of the times, the one drops have already been deployed for turn 6.
Or Void Terror value. For six mana they better be hitting something good, so you'd want to kill it any way possible for less than 6 mana to punish them for their anti-tempo play, though if you don't have the answer or a good trade the most you can do is go face.
A card that requires skill? something is definitely wrong at blizzard hq
It might find some use, but it will be dependable on a board state really much. If our opponent will have only one large minion with no lethal perspective, it might help the priest but against a swarm of minions it will be too little to defend Anduin from dying. We shall see. I like the concept though.
I'll Mind Control him back
