is this card good in mid pala ?
Equality+concentrate still seems the place to go.
What happens if you have two minions (or more) with the same attack? I had one case where I had a 2/2 and a 2/3 and the 2/3 stayed. Not sure if it's random or not
I opened my first 20 TGT cardpacks and 2 these cards has dropped. Hate it! I don't like Paladin and don't play him. Terrible.
i dont have enough packs to open 1.. i am very sad FeelsBadMan
I tried playing Enter the Coliseum in midrange paladin a little, and found that it just doesn't fit.
Enter the Coliseum is compared to Brawl, but there is a major difference: class play style. Warriors tend to have little-to-no board presence in their early game, running weapons, card draw, and armor gain, allowing them to throw down a mid-game board clear with little-to-no downside for themselves. Paladins have strong early game, and are hoping to be ahead by mid-game. If they're ahead, a mirrored board clear in the mid-game is terrible. If they're behind, they lose a full turn to play a board clear that doesn't remove the biggest threat, leaving them insufficient resources to deal with it.
This card is only good if you have exactly 1 minion on the board that is better then their best (rare), or if you combo this with removal (costs 9 with Aldor), which is just too slow in the midrange paladin lists.
What it means: This card needs a new deck (I'm thinking control paladin that plays a lot more like warrior) or it's not worth using.
true dat! thanks for the tip bro
The golden version of this card has to be the most underwhelming golden visual effect in the entire game.
I'm looking at it as a hard removal for palladin!
You need Thaurisan activation on both plus turn 10...
This card is insane on Paladin. specially if your minion can attack after the "Entering".
A worse Equality Consecrate could be Eadric the Pure Enter the Colosseum
Alright! 13 mana combo!
Fits well in mid range pally decks. Can be manipulated with aldor peace keeper turn nine and later.
Do you cut an Equality in control for this? You often times will Equality Consecrate to clear the board, and this card is basically the two cards together and reflects the mana cost. I think I'll try it.
You Abusive Sergeant a weak enemy minion so it wins the coliseum instead of a stronger one.
Then after the spell the buff will wear off, while Blessing of Might would stay.
Say your board is empty and your enemy has a damaged mad scientist and a Sludge Belcher and 2 Mechwarper. You Abusive the scientist, then enter the coliseum and then Hero Power or sth.
A very interesting card, can be used against other control decks when you have lost the board and cannot get board presence back. You can combo this with Aldor Peacekeeper to nullify your opponents board to 1 attack. Overall, this could potentially be a staple in control paladin as you can still have one minion on board, such as your Tirion Fordring. In arena, I am honestly not sure but could potentially see play as it still clears most of the board.
Justice demands Retribution! And will get it, oh yes, it will get it.
How does this work with equal highest attack minions Ex: Eadric the Pure ?
