Yes. It would be useful for late game since you can't play Jaraxxus until 9 mana, and giving your opponent a mana crystal isn't a drawback at that point.
This card is ok generally. Cast this on mistress of pain will make it a 4/7 on turn 3(with coin) which is really great as your enemy will probably have to spend a fireball or hex on her to remove it, and the 4 drags it out of range from Priest shadow words. Demonfire wasn't enough to make her tough enough to guarantee that she can survive, and that's why we have been using demonheart but at 5+2 mana that has been too slow in the meta.
But I would rather like to see a card that gives you mana crystals in expense of health, like "Deal 3 damage to yourself, gain one mana crystal" for one mana
Demonfire is better, I don't think this card will see much play. It can't deal 2 damage if necessary, it gives the enemy a mana crystal. Giving the enemy mana crystals early game can be your losing condition...
At best, I would put this in as a one of. The main thing to think about when it comes to these demon buffs is how they interact with individual demon stats and then how those stats effect a void terror's stats.
For example, demon heart is great on a mistress of pain (6/9) but terrible on an imp gang boss (7/9). Why? because mistress of pain delivers her benefit when you first buff her of healing you for 6. If she gets hard removed after, its not a total loss, and its likely the minion you mind the least getting removed this way. Imp gang boss on the other hand has to dodge removal to deliver its benefit, and at 7/9 it is very likely to get targeted with hard removal, plus it becomes BGH bait.
That's how I think about these buffs. As for demonfire vs. demonfuse, it's the difference between a 3/6 and a 4/6 or a 4/7 and a 5/7. The difference between 4 attack and 3 attack is huge, and so long as you have imp gang boss take some damage after it catches the buff, with less than 5 health it probably still doesn't merit hard removal and you still get the benefit.
As a demonlock I've found it possible to float the one demonfire or a demonheart in my hand for a long time without any problem, and I could see myself swapping out demonfire for demon fuse. It's definitely only worth 1-of in a deck, and it has to be a slow, control-oriented deck at that, but I think it results in better trades in the current meta for mistress of pain, and honestly if you are playing buffs in warlock mistress of pain is the target you have in mind.

Completely trash see no reason why they made it.
Blizzards mind must be stuffed with shit...
Mark of the wild or demon fire is clearly better yet these two cards see no play

this is the druid's face who saw his enemy with 14 hp.
You deserve gold, this comment made my day, thanks!
Nerf to Nefarian Kappa
why not make give +3/+3 and make that card a demon?
else the only good outcome i can imagine: mistress of pain vs face hunter... thats all....

Rampage is better early game. this card is better late game. Maybe try and build a demon-sentric 1 turn kill deck.
You would need a charging non-discarder demon for that...
lmao blizzard...you made warlock the most trash cards EVER in this expansion , hope blizzard adds something better then crap
Warlock does not need the cards though...
a warlock with no warlock cards is not a warlock!
At least it will combo with the new legendaries- Eydis Darkbane and Fjola Lightbane, right? right??
this card makes me sad :(
I know lol
was trying to be cynical but English is not my language so i failed at that :P
You didn't fail. Your comment was obviously a joke. they failed as poor inteligent human beings :)
you said it wrong ,he failed as a "poor inteligent human being" nice word you made yourself
I think people will try and fit this card into a deck but it will probably be removed after awhile.
I've played A LOT of controlish demonlock, experimenting with different card combos. This is the kind of deck I would consider putting that card into.
