At 7 mana, this means it will have to be used VERY strategically.  The possibility to get specific minions back is there, would you want to center your deck around this one minion?

This would have been a perfect minion for Dancing Paladin if this was a deathrattle with taunt instead of a battlecry.

Either way it's decent. I'd compare it to Huntsman Altimor which did see play, and this is arguably better in the right deck. Note that you can still run neutral minions at these attack values and they won't be resurrected.

2 attack can be any minion

3 attack, cool ghoul or Liadrin

4 attack Purator or Leviathan

Another 7 mana card might be a bit much for the deck though

if there is some more mech synergy coming Leviathan might be used + Annoyotroupe or Goldwing (3) + Seafloor Savior or new Noble Minibot (2)
If you res troupe and leviathan with this, that is almost as Bloodreaver Gul'dan res back then for less mana.

The conditions are suspiciously specific.
