I got a notification warning me that if I don't finish my arena run before the event it'll be ended for me. So I doubt that would give you an extra arena ticket just for that, else everyone would start a run now to abuse it.
This is wrong, They always warn when your arena will end, but they won't end it without giving you an arena ticket for a new run, along with the rewards from your current one.
I'll second this. Focus on getting as much armor as possible every turn, play a few minions but don't overextend. Once they play their combo, that's when you win. It often won't be enough to burn through your armor, and then you respond with Brawl. They have no backup plan.
Loatheb destroys odd warrior.
Perhaps, but I've yet to see Loatheb played in SA druid. Besides, even with Loatheb, Brawl can still be played for 10 mana, unless they also have Brann Bronzebeard in play.
Ok, still haven't seen Loatheb played once. Besides, where do they play it? If the board consists of Aviana, Kun, 2x SA, Brann, Brewmaster and Medivh, then they can't play Loatheb. Sure, they can play one less SA, but that's 14 less damage.
I'm not saying I disagree, but I've yet to see it happen.

I'm playing an almost identical list, but with Far Sight and Grumble, Worldshaker, and while it's not needed, I find that Grumble allows for some seriously big jades. I've also considered switching Defender of Argus with Giggling Inventor as it's better on an empty board.
This deck took me from rank 7-5 in about 4 games. as well as earned me my last wins for golden paladin. I only had one Argent Lance, which I replaced with a second Silver Sword, as I don't face too much aggro, and what I have faced has been managable. Ebon Dragonsmith and Silver Sword is seriously MVP in this deck.

Well, not mine, Blizzards. The claim is theirs.

50%, so above that.

The problem with this statement is that these decks are all above average win rate, so yes, it does work.

The same reason someone watches sports, I'd guess.
