The value is definitely there. It's like playing 10 Wild Growths that give you active mana crystals (not empty). So this card is practically free since it gives you the mana crystals back. So if you lose like 5 cards you got some good value. I just don't know how to come back from that.
Too much RNG. you could get Tirion ofc, but could also get Light's Justice...
They said the same thing about unstable portal. Actually alot of dumb things are said about cards before they are released so many reviews of Dr. Boom saying it was an ok card but nothing spectacular then they released it.....
Truth is nobodys done the odds of getting a great card.
-snip-
Not even mentioned Fordragon ay xd
I forgot Bolvar!!! Thank you. I will add him to the list.

So 15/36 for good cards (if you are a paladin) which is 41.6% If you aren't a paladin it's 14/36 or 38.8%. For the OK cards it is 18/36 for paladin which is 50% or 19/35 which is 52.7% (give or take a few %s due to situational cards). For Eye for an Eye and Light's Justice it is a 1/36 chance of a 2.7% chance of getting Eye for an Eye or Light's Justice. That seems pretty good for me.
I can calculate the odds. Some people will disagree with my card rankings, but this is what I'd be happy with (in no particular order):
I like this card it's a cool card. Not only does it enable aggro priest a bit more, it is also a pseudo damage card. Opponent plays Ysera? This card essentially deals 8 damage to her for 2 mana. In the case of sludge belcher or something similar it's 2 damage. Sure 2 damage seems pretty terrible, but the card itself is very versatile, which makes up for the mana cost. I will try using this card in an aggro priest deck and a shadowform priest deck. You could also abuse this card with Stormwind Champion. I think this card definitely has some potential.
I think this card is great in a paladin deck. There are a lot of decent cards that you wouldn't actually put in your deck, but you'd be happy to use. It's like a 6 mana 5/5 draw a card in that regard. Now is a 6 mana 5/5 draw a card fairly priced? I think it is. Make it any better and it would be too good.

Good with Doomguard!

You can target whoever you want with this card. If it only healed your hero it was say "Restore 5 health to your hero."

Wow pretty versatile. Holy Smite or a 1 drop.

I don't know if the deck will be good either. I'm hoping it will, but I won't know for sure.

Good Cards (may vary on a per class basis)
Ok cards or cards that are good situationally
Cards that you'd rarely ever want
Cards that you'd want more than Eye for an Eye
I guess this list also applies to Burgle if you play it against a paladin.

For arena balancing purposes. Most epics fill a special role in constructed that you might not necessarily want/get in arena.
