The secrets you discover depend on the secrets you played to trigger him.

Play a Paladin Secret: Discover Rogue, Mage, or Hunter.

Play a Mage Secret: Discover Rogue, Hunter, or Paladin.

Play a Hunter Secret: Discover Rogue, Paladin, or Mage.

Play a Rogue Secret: Discover Paladin, Mage, or Hunter.

This is how you get a not-rogue secret from his guy in the first place.

Secret Plan already breaks this easily. And there's more cards that can duplicate secrets. But you can still guess what they did based on what traps are available for the enemy's class. Take Secret Hunter in Standard for example: It generates a random secret from Professor Putricide. What's your move?

    1) Play a minion? Make sure it has a good deathrattle or has high HP to survive a Snipe. If it's not hit by Snipe then...

    2) Attack a minion? Freezing Trap, Snake Trap, or Venomstrike Trap. Use something disposable and weak. If it's not those traps then...

    3) Smorc face? Explosive Trap, Misdirection, or Wandering Monster. (Usually Wandering) Same as above. Still didn't trigger?

    4) It's Rat TrapMake your 3rd card count.

Congrats, now you know what to do with whatever Standard Hunter trap is thrown your way.

    -Signed, Secret Hunter.

I found out why aggro paladins could use this card.

Because we all (should) know a spell doesn't have to deal damage in order for it to be annoying, useful, and worth 2 mana to shut up for a turn. Isn't that right Big Priest and your 10+ resurrection cards for one monster?

Back from the future and once again the rating system is dead wrong.

This card is a great aggro AND anti-aggro tool turning usually ignore-able dudes into annoying threats on offense and defense. There's nothing more satisfying than getting a combo off with Quartermaster and this card, and having a board of 3-6 surprise 5/5 minions. Heavily underrated, just ask anyone who fought against a silver dude paladin nowadays.

Just when you think you're safe from Icy Touch in wild, this gets thrown out.

Barring that, just being able to do a surprise 2 damage to a minion with your Hero Power is oddly effective since no one expects this card.

Just did some matches recently with this guy. Obviously great freeze support, even better if you get said freeze cards with RNG spells like Ruby Spellstone.

Felt really good to stunlock Rogues spamming Kingsbane with my Hero Power in the early game. Tar Creeper and other elementals kept it alive. Then I got it again from Servant of Kalimos in the late game and made his 7 ATK Lifesteal Kingsbane useless.

People always overlook the little guys until they troll you to death.
