reason: loot hoarder is a death rattle so evolving a death rattle feels bad. Also the jeweled scarab gives possible access to shamans board clears (Lightning Storm/Elemental Destruction) and Hex. also it is a 2 to 3 drop with evolve so same value. I can see putting in Novice Engineer if draw is better but thats a big if. I think having access to 3 drop is better.
First thing I thought when I saw Kripp show this deck was "Loot Hoarder in an Evolve deck?" so I think your swap makes a lot of sense. Jeweled even synergises with Brann.
However card draw is good in a C'Thun deck so perhaps the Novice Engineer is better. Loot Hoarder however seems incongruent.
Opened a Golden in my 50 pack opening. Very slick.
Lacking C'Thun in your hand, turn 10 Brann + this is pretty much GG too: 12/18 stats with 3 Taunts even without Brann's 2/4. Hell, given that Brann is likely the one minion to survive whatever your opponent throws at your board, that might even be a better t10 if you do have C'thun in hand.
Maybe the meta will adapt (hard to see how though because it's a Battlecry effect) but as it is this feels well OP and really, each game becomes a lottery and a race. Who draws C'Thun first wins the game, that's pretty much it. Any decent deck can easily stall the game until turn 10-11 and then you're dead to C'Thun.
I don't understand people comparing this to KT or Riverdare. These both require you to have a board, and keep your Legendaries as well as your (deathrattle) minions alive, AND trade your minions to their death. After you've set up all that, Rivendare then only rewards you with a second 1/2 Slime from Belcher or another random 2-drop minion from your Shredder. KT does reward you with ridiculous amounts of minions but you can argue that if you can keep your minions alive for that long at turn 8+, you were winning anyway, so clearly a win-more card.
This guy OTOH resummons the whole shebang, no questions asked. You don't need the board either, just need to be out of range of some Silence/burn burst. Crucially, you also don't need the minions in your hand or alive at the same time (like you would need for e.g. a Rivendare/Sylvanas double steal combo).
This is in a completely different league from Rivendare or KT.
I can see this work, if its effect isn't a buff. I think the best comparison for its effect is notFaceless Manipulator but that Priest legendary that swaps health with another. Is that silencable? If not I don't think this will be.
Apart from PO +Faceless Shambler you also haveReliquary Seeker -> trade 1 minion -> Shambler for a 5-mana 2x 5/5 on the board, and generally Warlock has a string of slightly overstatted minions (Pit Lord) that work well with this. And ifa 4-drop common can draw out a silence that in itself is a small victory.
Vis-a-vis DoA this only requires 1 minion to work off and the potential gains are bigger. DoA is a bit shit with only 1 minion so swings and roundabouts to me.

Nice one, just got the Golden version as part of the season end reward... hello, 800 dust :D.

Put this in a C'thun "let's just bash some cards together in a C'thun deck"
First game, play it at turn 5 on a board with 2 enemy minions, none of mine. It polymorphs itself, GG.
Removed from deck not to return until I make a YOLO roulette deck.

Not really what I was hoping for.

Nicest for Druid who can handle the potential extra mana needed with their Innervate.

Well since Malygos is 9 mana you're clearly aiming to live to turn 10 else what's the point of having him in the deck :P

I can predict one thing though: "Picked 0.00% of the time in Arena"

This card will be insane in Wild.

Great so let's see... last week's brawl was best for Mage players who could construct a strong deck using their own cards...

Yeah I get it Blizz, you don't like Warriors, Priests and Shamen. You do like Mages, Druids and Hunters. Now give some love to other classes OK?

I'm thinking it might work in a setup where you play with only 1 minion on the board most of the time, which actually happens often against Zoo/Face.
There this spell actually says "destroy none of your minions but most of your opponent's". And the card combines nicely with Humility.
But it still would have been better (and more thematic) if it had said "lowest attack minion".
