These days, Midrange Shaman is the king of the meta and probably will be until the end of the Kraken Year for Standard.
When 2017 comes guys, let's all take out our champagne bottles and rejoice over the end of Shaman's reign instead of celebrating the new year.

Ancient Mage is literally a bad card. It's just bad.
Gnomish Inventor isn't great either, but it's absolutely better then Ancient Mage. I'd even go so far as to say for some decks, it's a decent 4 drop to pick.
Sooo, go with the Inventor and say no to the Mage :D

Here's my personal Druid Mill deck.
Check it out, might be right up your ally.

You have some options but to sum it up in the most simple way;
1) Save gold for GvG. This will allow you to buy packs and pick up some of the new cards. However, this is a risky choice as you might end up with a bunch of "useless" cards for your Shaman deck ( or any deck for that matter ).
2) Save gold for Naxx. You already know you want some cards from Naxx so this is a solid choice. Not to mention that the Naxx cards will still probably be very good even with GvG out, some might even be better with new synergies, etc.
3) Buy packs now. This option seems like the least helpful to your situation.
4) Use the gold for arena. This will develop your collection of the current set before GvG is released and arena rewards are switched to the new packs. Not a bad idea, since you still need lots of expert cards.
Seems like #2 is the best bet for you, so I'd go and buy that Naxx wing then see how you like the way your deck is performing.

Sap their Innervated creature and now they're down a turn and 3 cards. GG WP.

Playing with a Gold Hero w/ Full Gold cards.

There is still NO Druid nerf's listed. Like I said, you even talk about some of the really good Druid cards that are overused , yet you didn't nerf them and you nerf every other classes overused cards, lol.
Finally, you say "
What do you agree with?
What do you disagree with?
Your thoughts welcome here!
"
Well I've stated my opinion and what I agree / disagree with, yet all I have had in response to you is overzealous defending and denying my opinion saying that I "have not read the post" , etc.
You asked for opinions and I gave mine. Instead of a friendly debate on classes you are trying to argue and insult my reading comprehension. I didn't come here to argue, so I'm just going to leave, because clearly my thoughts are NOT welcome here. Peace.

I read the article twice before I posted that man. I like the deck and I like your idea's and concepts, however, the fact is true that; You nerfed every single class except Druid, which combined with the fact that this is a Druid deck and you main Druid... Makes it seem pretty biased. ( Even after saying how every Druid deck uses the same cards , you didn't nerf those cards , lol. )

Why nerf's to all classes except Druid? Seems kind of unbalanced : \

Not sure rank 18 and 17 vs Shadow Priests is a good sample , lol.
