Damn! Have a feeling this is a troll post, but if it isn't. First, don't be so hard on yourself. It's a only a game you stupid shit Kappa!
Seriously though, watch Arena pros and analyze your games and your drafts. If you are getting slaughtered, then the other player might have drawn the nuts. If it is competitive, then see if you mis-played, if you played too fast or too slow. But again, you want to be critical of plays, but don't be too hard on yourself
Just start thinking about why you do the play that you do, instead of others available, and you will improve. When something goes south, you need to think back if you could've done something differently to have a better outcome. I'm not saying that actual outcome should dictate your future plays, but you do need to consider if the outcome was likely and should've been played around. You always have to consider the opportunity cost of playing around cards. If playing around a topdeck flamestrike is going to lose you the game 20% of the time, then it's obviously not worth it for instance.
it is not a troll post: I have lost 0:3 again. Well, I will try to watch amaz. I am so frustrated at times, maybe I should just quit playing and try to count flowers on a willow...no fucking kappa

I have literally never gone 0-3 in arena. Once you're like 0-2 or 1-2, you start facing some really really bad players and losing is almost impossible. No RNG in the world could make a fairly good player consistently go 0-3. It's quite obvious that OP:s problem is that he isn't playing all that well
I don't have or use Heartharena, but I'm assuming it helps with picking and tracking. So if that is the case, I'd spend more time on seeing why you lost. Look at the cards the other person plays and see if they are all high tier. If they are then you might just be getting unlucky as fuck! It happens! Look into your draft STYLE as well. If you draft a slower control deck. Make sure you stay alive as you will eventually turn a corner and beat the other player. If you draft a fast deck. Then make sure you are playing accordingly.

That's why I thought it was a troll post. Over the course of 3-4 arena runs you should win at least 1 game! But who knows.....
Definitelly dont watch amaz. Your ears will explode from his squeaking and screamig. Together with Thijs there are most affected, loud and imo boring streamers. You can watch Kripp but you will feel salt in front of you. Definitelly try Hafu.
as long as your fairly intelligent, being good at arena ultimately comes down to one thing, experience. This can be gained either just by playing or more efficantly by watching others play. If I were you I would watch any of the big arena streamers play (personally I think Kripp and Hafu are the best) and watch how they trade, how they pick and just generally how they play.
Ok now for my advice
1. Drafting: so when you draft it is really important that you have a good curve. Obviously certain out of curve cards can be temping but in general a good curve can be extremely useful and key to winning many games. Secondly and this is a little more advanced you might want to go for a certain archetype. In constructed their are different types of decks such as agro midrange and control, these archetypes are used in constructed because they are the most effective at winning. So In arena if you can draft for a certain archetype (which is sometimes impossible) than you will be much more successful. I've gone twelve wins three times and every time my deck was a really good version of a certain archetype. So if your playing hunter and start out getting a lot of aggressive cards you might want to continue drafting aggressively and get a very good early game as that can be insanely powerful in arena.
trading: So trading is generally learned just through experience but in general you want to trade up so for instance if you have 2/1 and they have a 4/2 you'll want to trade your 2/1 into their 4/2. Trading can also be used to protect other minions, let's say you have a 6/1 and a 3/3 on board and they have a 1/1. You'll probably want to trade the 3/3 into their 1/1 to protect your other minion with much more attack.
One last thing: so there's one more big aspect to arena that I can think of but it's a little hard to explain. If your losing the game in value (the other person has a bigger hand than you, or can generate more big things) than sometime it is important to say f*** it and just try to go face aggressively to tempo him out of the game. You'll still need to trade into certain things when you choose this route but in a case like this, you need to rush them down before their bigger hand size loses you the game.
sorry for spelling this was written on a phone. Good luck!
I would be honestly interested to see u draft and play, to see how u can be as bad as u say, pm me your gamertag if u want and i can spectate u sometimes and mby help u a bit after i see what your problem is ;-)

Yeah no don't watch Kripp, he is a good arena player but he can't transfer that knowledge to viewers. His commentary is basically "Oh come on, ofcourse he topdecks THAT!", Trump is better for arena he explains everything that he does and why he does it.

You might check out the lightforge podcast. It's exclusively arena focused and looks at game play as much, if not more, than draft strategy
Google that Amaz guy
I have

Why in the nine rings of hell would you watch amaz for arena? Even kripp is better than him. Watch hafu or smth
When the weak court death, they find it.
Amaz is literally one of the luckiest persons in HS. Plays he makes and cards he chose made me feel stupid just by looking at it.
Hafu is definately better arena player. Maybe even Kripp is.
Tip 1:
Draft Hunter, Mage, Druid or Paladin, and just vomit as much stuff you can on the board. Actually playing around cards is suprisingly irrelevant.
Tip 2:
Trade when you can make a favorable trade, elseway go face. And if the person is under 13 Health. Just ignore trading.
This should net you atleast 2-3 wins.
I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
