I started Playing HS like 10 days ago. I read some threads, video, to better understand the mechanic of the game (both meta and structure like rotation, wild, etc..). I reached level 10 with all the classes and Id like to hear from you some advice about next stage of the game. For the time being I used gold to buy classic card only (guess I should continue on this way, shouldn't I?), and I do not put real money in the game. Do you suggest choosing a single class or switch among (let's say) 2/3 classes together? I appreciate playing with the priest but read he is classified as the weakest one, does it make any sense to create a deck with him?
then you get the basic understanding of the game then i suggest that you should learn to play arena. I think that its the best way to get cards if you are f2p.
Aslong as you get 50 gold then you are making a profit (3-4 wins will give you that)
The first "goal" you can try to set to yourself is to defeat the Inkeeper on the expert level. There are a few "hidden" quests you get extra goodies, you can see al in: http://hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Quest#General - This says you still get the legendary C´Thun and 2 Beaconers of Evil if you open an Old Gods pack, I am not 100% sure it is still on, but you should try to do it, even for a newby 100 G is not that much.
The first collection management tip I give you is: never desenchant any cards you do not own more than 2 of. You will feel tempted to do so if you get a legendary or epic you think is bad, but, on the long run, it will hurt your collection (pesonal experience: dusted a Far Sight I saw as a bad card, didn´t get to play some cool control shamman stuff).
The second think you should do is to get a free pack every week from Tavern Brawl. Even on the constructed ones, you should be able to win a game after a couple of losses.
On the subject of debatable stuff, I just realized that it might be a good idea to save money to but the first wing of Blackrock Mountain and League of Explorers. Those expansions will rotate out and, if Blizzard keeps their policy, the adventures will not be available for newer players. It might be too hard to spend your hard-earned gold on cards that will soon rotate out, but if you have the first wing, you will be able to buy the others eventually and experience the PVE content, which I find nice. This will give you a more complete collection on the long run, but will hurt you bad on the beginning. Totally up to you to decide.
I didn´t play that much arena on my first year of Heartstone, but people say it is the fastest way of growing your collection. I won´t give you advices on that matter because I don´t know the average winrate of newbies on Arena and I don´t feel confortable telling you to do something that might cause you to have negative return on your 150G investment. Anyone can help with that?
If you decide to spend any real money on Heartstone, I would advise you to get the Welcome Bundle first, since it gives you a nice return on your money, with a lot of classic packs and a "free" classic legendary. Besides that, there are also pre-orders bonus when expansions release. Depending on where you live, there is some kind of Amazon Coin promotion, but I never managed to use it here in Brazil.
You should also try to add people to play agains (feel free to add me!) and to watch/help you on your plays. Debating plays is always good, especially with people more experienced than you.
The final advice is: hava fun. Heartstone is a card game, your main goal should be feeling good while playing. It is harsh on new people and very unforgiving, even more if you play Ranked Ladder, but you shouldn't forget you are playing it to have fun. Don´t become another salty guy angry for not reaching Rank 10 on your first month of play.
So I see some good advice but also some terrible advice. My first one is to not watch StrifeCro, Savjz, Thijs, or Lifecoach. For the most part, they play control decks, which are some of the most difficult to pilot. The lines of play taken by them are based on complex hand reading and anecdotal experience, things that at this point in time, you do not have. You simply need to play more games in order to form the foundation needed to make the same in-game decisions that they do. Therefore, I recommend you watch videos on easy to play decks that are also cheap.
Mage is currently the best class in the game for a new player. Best basic cards, best hero power, and most viable strategy when you have no collection. Even though Priest is my favorite class, Dragon Priest has too many cards that you cannot receive in packs (available in adventures only), and is just a little bit underpowered compared to the other relevant meta decks.
If you aren't planning on spending money, then Arena mode is the way to go. Rewards are pretty decent at a 50% win rate (3-3), so completing one run a day can help towards getting the dust you need to craft the deck you want. This is much easier said than done. I've been playing for almost a year, and my best run so far has been 8 wins/3 losses. Even though you might not know which cards to draft, there are resources to help with that.
Other than that, just remember that you will lose. A lot. It is not an easy time out there for new players. Aggro decks will kill you by turn five, and Reno decks will do unfair things to you with high value plays. Keep your emotions in check, study up on the game, and you will do just fine.
Stay out of Ranked, except if you care about the card back in which case only play it until you reach rank 20. The game modes you should be playing as a new player are PvE, Casual, Arena and Tavern Brawl when you gain access to it.
Don't disenchant cards without checking from more experienced players whether the cards are usable or not.
Play the classes you like the most and you feel like can win with, whether that means 1 or 9 classes.
Class power levels at beginner level and pro level are different things. Hunter and Midrange Mage are very good options for beginners, while neither is viable above rank 10. In high ranks Shaman is the best class but it's a bad class for starting players. Priest decks with Inner Fire + Divine Spirit are a popular choice for new players.
Grind gold for classic packs until you have opened ~80. It sucks seeing other people playing with the expansion/adventure cards, but you need to build a solid foundation.
Once you have grinded out enough games to earn 80 classic packs, then transition to arena. You are guaranteed a pack from the latest expansion with each arena ticket, so you can build your collection reasonably well, and gain experience with the fundamentals of trades, playing around aoe, etc.
once you have done 40-50 arena runs, save gold to purchase the next adventure this summer.
at that point, you will have opened ~90 classic, ~40 from next expansion and have the full summer 2017 adventure. You will be in a prime position to make some good crafting decisions and be able to make some good decks.
this is going to take ~6-8 months of playing at least 5 games a day, but you will end up in a good position without having spent any real money.
I'd set a less hard core goal: Classic packs until the end of February, then more Classic packs until you open the next Classic legendary (if that happens at the very start of March, consider repeating this step), then Arena. Wait until the new cards for the next Adventure are released, and if the card quality is reasonably high, start saving gold two weeks before the release date.
Thank you for the extensive answers you gave me. For the time being I am starting to build a Zoo Warlock, now the aim is to get lev 20 to unlock Tavern mode so it will be another small source of gold. After that, I just need to play and spend my gold for card packs. Is it a bad idea to unpack one expansion pack every (let's say) 5 classic ones?

Some people say to only get the classic packs, the reason being that they (supposedly) will always be available in Standard. But I'm "coaching up" a new player at my job, and he loves the Jade mechanic from the MSoG expansion. These cards, along with Old Gods and Karazhan, will be playable for over a year. That's so much time in the gaming world that I think they can fairly be considered in the same spot as Classic, and there's nothing wrong with sprinkling your collection with Old Gods/MSoG packs. Besides, if those cards are more fun (C'Thun/Jade/hand buffing), that's the whole point after all.
However, unless you're flush with cash, avoid TgT. Buying LoE might be recommended (my buddy bought it), even though those cards will be unplayable in Standard in about two months.

Standard Legend - July '16 (Rank 56), June '17, Dec. '18, Apr. '19
Wild Legend - Mar. '18 (Rank 30), Apr. '18, Aug. '19
Twelve Arena Wins - Shaman, Warlock, Mage x2, Rogue, Priest (12-0), Druid, Hallow's End x2, Hunter, Taverns of Time x3 (Pa,D,WL), Paladin
On a slightly different note: do I have to keep (and do) the 60-gold daily mission to be completed with an hero different from my main (the one im building the deck) one? or is it better to change them?

The reason to buy classic is because there is a much better chance of getting useful cards than in some garbage expansion that has 75 percent rubbish.
Don't play arena. Re-roll your daily quest if it is 40G - no matter what class it comes back to you to play.
Watch Trump's videos on Youtube on basics. Don't dust cards just to make cards for a class you like, one day you might have wanted them.
I don't get the "play arena" advice - I got it too when I started last year. Yes you can have the same cards as everyone else in arena, but you don't know how to use the cards(or what to expect) like everyone else there. I'm way more frustrated playing arena than constructed.
I find constructed(while frustrating to face some of the decks) ranked or casual a lot more fun.
Ideally work to level 20 in ranked then play casual, if somebody uses Reno Jackson on you save your time and just quit it will save you frustration unless you have a path to victory.
Some days ago I bought the welcome pack and of course it was very useful to improve my Zoo Warlock deck. The deck misses a lot of cards yet, but I am progressing step by step. I currently got Rank16, trying to close the season Rank15 is the aim now. Let's see if I will be lucky enough to unpack nice cards that can help the deck.
There are free packs/gold to be received after doing something (logging on an iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S6, logging on an Android phone, a tablet etc.), so you might get something extra ;)
In addition to the C'Thun advice: building a C'Thun deck is an fairly easy way for a new player to gain experience and understading in playing the tempo/value game, as well as getting as least rank 20 in constructed. Important cards in this deck like Disciple of C'Thun or C'Thun's Chosen are only common or rare, which are fairly cheap and easy to craft. You can use C'Thun and his disciples in any class without any problems. Learn how to mulligan correctly, when to trade or use removals until you draw your win condition: C'Thun, the machine-gun like late game giant killer!
I already brought a class to Lev 20 plus I reached Rank 16, trying to reach 15 before season ends. I have the Cthun plus the 2 cards you get the first time you unpack that expansion but I do not anything else to improve that kind of deck. For the time being I guess my current Zoo is better, but surely I want to learn using other kind of decks once I get some more cards.
Also, once I have a pair for a specific card, and I get the gold one, Can I disenchant the old one?
you only need 2 copies exept legendarys where you need only 1.
if you keep a golden and a normal, or keep the normal ones and dust the golden is somehow up to you.
but since you are ftp you might want to disentchant the golden copy, for much more dust... unless it is a card you pearsonally like and want to have it in golden, but keep in mind this is luxury if you are missing out other cards badly. Since disentchanting a golden legendary gives you the dust for a legendary of choice ;-)
Another thing you could do is to open your collection and your zoo deck here for people to look what you have, what you could improve in the deckbuilding.

Welcome to Heartstone, pal!
On the subject of learning material, I suggest to all newcomers Trump's series on the basics, if you have not watched yet. It shows some nice basic decks while teching important concepts: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KjtRokhpvM&list=PLvEIxIeBRKSjprrvlbAcbVjzHsnH9PjDX

The third is to maximize your gold from quests. You shoul always reroll 40g quests and avoid completing a 40g quest unless you already have 3 of those or is somthing inavoidable (eg 3 wins). I did some math, and I feel like you should also reroll the 50g, but that is more debatable: http://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/general-discussion/183442-quests-how-to-maximise-gold-earning
