Crazy game, me Handlock vs a mage. It was a freeze mage... variant I think. She had molten giants and echo, but didn't get the draw to play them together. The fun happened when I sacrificed my 2/3 into Reno Jackson to kill him.
Went Rogue into the brawl, built aggro. Faced a warlock, had first move. T1 Young Dragonhawk, got Ice Lance, opponent passes. T2 Millhouse Manastorm, got Power of the Wild, opponent coins Imp Gang Boss and passes. T3 lanced boss, played Defias Ringleader into Power for +1/+1, all went face, warlock played Bouncing Blade, killing me a 3/3 defias and summoning an imp, and passes (O_O) Was there a bug with Millhouse that whatever spells end in the opponent's hands after playing Millhouse are returned to their original cost? T4 I topdeck Defender of Argus into Blessing of Kings for a 7/7 taunt windfury dragonhawk, wiped his face.
Friends, come witness a tale of the most delicious Lethal ever!
It's the start of the new season, so I'm just playing a bunch of fun "whatever" decks. I get the idea to build a Battlecry-based Shaman Reno deck which is basically a ton of battlecry minions (even the dinky ones like Elven Archer) to synergize with Brann and Rumbling Elemental.
First ladder match... Face Hunter. He starts with the typical Leper Gnome/Secrets opening while I just play clean-up and try to stave off heavy damage. We get to the final moments on turn 9, I haven't drawn Reno at all (and never would), and have to use my sizeable board to take him down asap.
He has Huffer, Abusive Sargent, and an Eaglehorn Bow equipped, ready to take me down next turn. He, however, is only at 9 health himself. I've got 4 minions on board, including Rumbling Elemental.
I draw none other than Sideshow Spelleater, trade a small minion into his abusive, drop the Spelleater, Rumbling Elemental kills Huffer with his ability, I go face with everything, and deliver the killing blow with HIS OWN HERO POWER. Hah!
If you're curious, this was at Rank 17 right after the season reset, so this player also likely reached at least rank 5 the prior season, along with myself. Huzzah!

I beat Freeze Mage as CW for the first time yesterday, felt amazing. I recently crafted Ysera and that gave my deck a really good boost, prior to that my deck had been closer to budget CW which gets rekt by other control decks.
Pro tip: Ysera is the most important legendary in control vs control game.
Omg just beat Midrange Shaman with CW and I can't even describe you how amazing it felt when I had Emerald Drake on board and Ysera Awakens and Ragnaros the Firelord in my hand while my opponent had 19 health.
Playing demon zoo against a Renolock. Fortunately, I recognized it pretty early and tried to play accordingly. (I haven't played much Warlock, so I still screw things up from time to time.)
He Reno'd from under 10 ("Sorry"), but somehow I managed to stay in the game and grind him down again. Was dreading a Jaraxxus drop, which would probably have ended it, but he never drew it, instead conceded when he popped my Voidcaller and saw the Doomguard that came out of it.
Was playing a tempo-ish Oil Rogue against Secretcancer, was playing around his early stuff nicely until he dropped the first Mysterious Challenger. He had stuff on the board, but I was lucky enought that the Avenge fell on MC so I could BGH it and trade the rest. I still had a 5/1 Loatheb and a 3/2 SI:7 on board and Prep in hand. He still had 2 cards in his hand, and played both: Shielded Minibot and Owl. He played both on empty board, and managed to topdeck the second MC. 3 secrets pop out and things didn't look good for me and my 8 health. But then I topdecked sprint, which I played imediately with prep. Note that he was at 20 Health. And I've got a Tinker's Oil, Deadly Poison, Blade Flurry and another Prep. So I run my SI:7 into face to trigger Get Down and played HP, Prep, Oil, Deadly, and Flurry and I had exact lethal. That was the closest and luckiest match in my memory
Mage played Reno Jackson not once, not twice, but four times. They echo of medivh'd the first, duplicated the second, and played all four, healing from around 8-16 HP to full health each time. They still lost. Screenshot proof for all you doubters:

I accidentally into Duplicate.
She intentionally Echo of Medivh and Ice Block.
I still won, Jaraxxus Infernals ftw, but damn that was crazy.
99% sure this is from this week's Brawl, Battle of Tol Bakar or something.

FoN+Bloodlust in Tavern Brawl :)
It was my opponent :(
It wasn't lethal :)
Well, i had one the other day.
Was playing my homemade beast hunter against a paladin in casual, and it turned out that it was aggro paladin.
so i played turn 1 Webspinner, and turn two it dies and it gives me a Dreadscale. Next turn, i play Jeweled Scarab and it gives me a second Dreadscale. Finally, i play Tomb Spider and gives me a third Dreadscale.
I had a dreadscale vs a clear board in his side at the least for most of the game.

There is a lot of steak here...

I beat my first handlock with my dragon paladin today. That deck is a 100% counter to me. I'm not fast enough nor do I have any burst potential.
Die Hölle muss warten.

I always thought that CW is a favorable matchup against Freeze Mage - due to high amount of armor. Something changed recently?
CW > Freeze Mage but Freeze Mage > Budget CW. Not sure why.

instant kill with molten giant, inner rage, charge + faceless manipulator against a bm-ing guy with a full board, but it didn't matter
#feelsgoodman
Have another one.
My gimmick divine shield paladin.
My T1 - pass.
his T1 - Stonetusk Boar, face
my T2 - Shielded Minibot
his T2 - Hand of Protection boar, Face
my T3 - 9/9 Blood Knight
His T3 - Concede
It was amazing. I feel kind of bad about it, he seemingly was a new player, and i just destroyed him.
Ah, the BM beat is the best.

Topdecking Reno Jackson against hunter feels awesome. And topdecking Jaraxxus after he threats lethal again... that's EPIC!
Also the usual Murloc Knight, go nuts!
