I was playing Fatigue against Fatigue. I had more armor then this guy, but he had more cards. By the time I play the Golden Monkey, I had my Sylvanas die, and from the Golden Monkey I got another one and N'zoth. I play the Sylvanas first and then...he plays Tinkmaster Overspark. Tinkmaster on Rank 10, in a Fatigue Warrior. No, he didn't get it from the Golden Monkey or from Jeweled Scarab. He had it in his deck from the beginning. Let me repeat that. HE PLAYED TINKMASTER OVERSPARK, AND THE LITTLE SHIT TURNED MY SYLVANAS INTO A SQUIRREL!
If this thread is to be believed, every deck is a no-skill POS deck. So really, no matter what you do someone will lose to your stupid deck and hate it.
Yup. And everybody is going to quit. Starting.... now. Wait... no... now.

yeah they are tech'ing that card in... not sure why though.

It's a N'zoth counter as well as general Deathrattle removal, a a lot of cads which are currently strong have deathrattles, especially in Tempo/Control decks. Think about it, Tinkmaster can save you from facing TWO Tirion Fordring's or Sylvanas Windrunner.. Also great against Fordan's Bogchamp list. Just a very strong tech card right now.

I think freeze Mage is the most annoying and unskilled class in the game. Literally all you fucking do is use freeze spell after freeze spell. I don't get how there are so many aoe freeze spells and why they're even a possibility in the game, at least with the aoe damage spells if the health on the minion is high you can still attack the next turn.
Buddy at least Freeze Mage takes Skill. Out of all the decks rn in the current Meta I think I've versed 1 freeze mage since the release of WOTOG. If u want to talk about unskilled decks maybe mention Midrange Hunter, Face/Midrange Shaman, or FUCKING ZOO. I'm just so sick of all these skill-less decks around so if u want to bullshit freeze mage cuz ur salty at least acknowledge that it takes skill.
It takes zero skill to play freeze Mage,
I suggest you play it then, because it does. I played that deck long enough to understand that its not an autopiloted deck and where you have to make decisions turn by turn that can cost you the game if you make the wrong one. Also, you need to plan ahead which cannot be said about the most decks. Seriously if this deck takes no skill, than pretty much no deck takes skill.
And there you go, what an epiphany. It doesn't. HS is a childrens card game, there might be some decks that require "game knowledge", but that's hardly skill. Have you ever played something like Dota? Now there you have a game that needs real skill. HS is something you can play while gently scratching your balls and reading a book or something, I sometimes play it during high intensity workouts and it never made my plays worse.
The so called "pros" in this game are pros because they invest a shit ton of time in this game, that's what makes the difference. Talent is not required, you don't need any special abilities to be good at this game other than time and everyone who thinks otherwise is simply lying to themselfs to justify the time they spent in a cardgame. If you want a game that really needs skill go install dota.

Whenever I see someone say something is easy, I think of all the people that still screw it up.
Play all your minions before killing my Abomination ? Check.
Mindvision a Flamestrike from my hand, play all your minions ? Check.
Play a "hits both boards" AOE before attacking with your minions ? Check.
Hitting a Nightmare-d minion for maximum efficiency ? Check.
Hitting my face with your Death's Bite's last charge before inflicting the rest of your supposedly lethal damage, giving me tons of armour because of Armorsmith, making me dodge lethal before I take back the game because you spent all your ressources dealing meaningless face damage ? Check.
Drawing a f*ckton in a freeze mage mirror ? Check. It was cool meeting your ice block, a shame fatigue didn't like it.
You can claim this game is easy all your want, and playing mindless decks certainly helps in that sense, but many many people are still failing at it, so here you go.
This is the same as saying WoW is easy by defeating its lowest difficulty. Then you see those people in higher difficulties and they rage quit at the first wipe ( Or are kicked because they caused it ).

You just made a point for HS players being stupid, not the game requiring skill. And no, it's nothing compared to WoW, even the simplest mechanic like "don't stand in the fire" requires more brainpower than anything HS has to offer.

There is still a very good chance secret pallies win from you even if you have eater because the deck is ridiculously strong and I don't want to have to tech in two eaters just to be able to properly play the game. I'm playing for fun not to meet scumbag paladins over and over again.

To be honest, he's right, even with Eaters of Secrets paladin's ultra board can overrun you pretty easily.
And well, you all know what happens when you tech against something: suddenly it disappears, leaving behind hordes of decks your new tuned deck is bad against (like, how about shaman instead of pally?)
But well, still worths a try to add those little fuckers.
I can't believe this bullshit. From rank 7 with 5 stars, down to rank 9 with 0 stars with tempo mage. All I am up against are Hunters and Zoo who rush you down before before turn 6. I need to have godlike hands every single match-up, if I don't have Flamewaker + Arcane Missiles (+ massive luck) by turn 4, I automatically lose.
Is playing cheap minions on curve every turn and going face interaction according to Blizzard? Oh of course, this is their new approach of design because any other interaction would be "too confusing for new players". Let's make the cheapest and dumbest decks in the game be the best. Screw those people who invested in Naxx for options against snowballing, that would give them an edge against 1 week old accounts with Zoo and Face Shaman as their only decks. Totally unfair.
If I don't see some massive changes in tomorrow's announcement, I am going to eat a cactus and jump of a cliff.

is it just me or is the meta much tougher this month? at this point last month i was already rank 5; I am currently struggling at rank 10.
