I played Vanndar Stormpike as Priest vs a shaman, he played Devolving Missiles and he was turned into a River Crocolisk. All the minions I drew after playing his Battlecry, WERE NOT 3 mana cheaper!!!!!
Not sure if this is a one time thing, or a real bug.
Do you or someone on your friendlist have Devolving Missiles? Try to replicate this and post screenshots + decklist.
Hearthstone's code definitely is terrible enough that this kind of bug wouldn't surprise me anymore, but even so, half the bug reports are, in my experience, due to the player not noticing something.

thats a good idea. I can post the replay as well, but I dont know what you can be referencing? Miss what? I played the card, buddy played missiles, and the minions I drew after Vanndar were not discounted. Its pretty str8 forward. I dont know for sure if Missiles caused it, but it would be logical to think so? Heres the replay for you and you will see clearly that MoÁrg is the first minion drawn aafter Vanndar, and I dont get the discount.......http://hsreplay.net/replay/5rfkcVsAJSqHDB3Krt7x3P

You played Dark Inquisitor Xanesh, Vanesh wasn't the lowest cost card in your deck when you played it so the battlecry never activated. And only two of the missiles hit Vanesh, you had Fleethoof Pearltusk on the board.

This is exactly right - we can close the mysterious case of the bug that isn't a bug...
Yep, this has nothing to do with devolving missiles. You are playing two copies of fleethoof pearltusk and played Xanesh. You had one copy in hand and one in deck when you played Vanndar, meaning you had a 3-cost corrupt card in your deck when you played Vanndar, negating the reduction effect. You played yourself.

Is it possible that you were running another 4-drop or less in your deck?
Even if he was, it still shouldn't have turned into a crocolisk. And I hope OP is smart enough not to play Vanndar without its effect lol
Maybe there was another minion already on board that got hit as well…
Would help to see the decklist.

so i recreated the game state, and the bug DID NOT happen again? So im confused as to what caused it?

I think you discounted your corrupt cards to 3-, then played vanndar without effect
