Probably Barista Lynchen...I just have a lot of fun ideas for that one, and I have a habit of not just outright crafting those value legendaries, even though I constantly play decks that can use them
I reallllly want to try my meme Chef Nomi Shaman deck. I just don't know if I want to craft Chef Nomi if I don't open him in a pack today.
Basically, the idea is that I will draw a bunch of cards using Soup Vendor and Witch's Brew. Zilliax, Walking Fountain, Rotten Applebaum and Lifedrinker will keep me alive and also draw cards if I have Soup Vendor in play.
When my deck is empty, slam Nomi down. If my opponent clears, Shudderwock will resummon, gain a bit of life and give a few of my Greasefire Elementals taunt.
Countess Ashmore, Bloodmage Thalnos and Mana Tide Totem also help draw through my deck. Storm Chaser will increase the consistency of Hagatha's Scheme.
Depending on the amount of dust you have, is it smarter to craft the legendaries you really want before you open your pre-ordered packs, or the other way around? I mean, you could get them in the packs...
Next will be Shaman legendaries I will need to play control shaman, haven't played this class for ages :) And both control and big shaman should be really strong this xpansion. I'll need to craft Swampqueen, Electra. And maybe 2x muckmurpher + 2x big bad woodoo for big shaman.
I'm going to go where the cards take me. Usually, my crafts tend to be from previous expansions that weren't used but are suddenly viable. We'll see in a few hours.
Kalecgos seems like the safest craft if I don't open one.
I missed out on the first Secret Paladin hell because I never had a Mysterious Challenger (still don't!), so maybe a Commander Rhyssa as well. But I actually think it might take a couple of weeks for that deck to be refined enough to work well, so I might wait a bit.

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
Portal Overfiend
Portal Keeper if I'm unlucky with packs. (opened 212 Kobolds packs and still not a single Lesser Pearl Spellstone)
Not going to craft a legendary this time, there is no Zilliax in RoS.

will have to see what I pack - might want to make a deck around it
If you want in Gold - then craft first. If not, then open packs first because most of the time it is a profit of 1200 dust.

Warrior bomb package, Barysta, Elysiana.
