Kingsbane released a year ago and Shudderwock in April. Not only you had this long to use these cards, you can STILL play them. They nerfed druid class to the ground, (43% wr LOL) so do you think they should refund every druid legendary that was played? OF COURSE NOT! It's obvious people are acting like victims to get refunds, because they know these cards will rotate out soon and probably get dusted no matter what. They try to create an uproar because they're con artists and people here applaud them for it.
Honestly, they should refund me for the dust I crafted for cards to play in druid decks, at least since the expansion. They killed all of them with double nerf to classic cards to give zero refund with zero notice, ridiculous.
Why this thread still around? You got all the refunds you are getting. Team 5 is laughing at this discussion because they know the majority will keep buying.

Totally get what you’re saying if it’s in respect to Kingsbane Rogue. The problem with that argument is that anyone who played Kingsbane Rogue was morally bankrupt and is getting what they deserve!
Your favorite deck is next, just one nerf of core common card. Your deck will be killed, and i'll first who will say: you get what you deserve, enjoy your 80 dust.
That'll only happen if their favorite deck has one of the highest winrates and is almost uncounterable. The only real counter to Kingsbane is either Mill or a lucky Gnomeferatu, and the ladder is not only luck based, but also reserved for Warlocks. Sure the nerfs did destroy Kingsbane, Odd Pala and Druid, but weren't they the ones everyone complained about?

Why are you entitled to refunds for cards not nerfed? The system has never worked that way.

But not everyone crafted Kingsbane a year ago or Shudderwock in April.
Kingsbane was not even being played. They released Raiding Party specifically to power up a Kingsbane deck and one week later pretty much destroy it. Shudderwock had the head designer in a release video explaining step-by-step how to actually play the deck. If they had nerfed UI to 4 armor, draw, minion and damage, Branching Paths to 5 mana, Plague to 1/4 scarabs and DK to 8 mana, people would still play Druid. Instead they butchered it so much that even with those broken cards untouched you are at ~40% winrate.
Look at how they nerfed Even Paladin and Cubelock. They warned people a week or two beforehand that they were looking at various cards of these decks, then nerfed only 3 (Dark Pact, Lackey and Call to Arms).
They didn't destroy a Classic card and neither butchered the archetype. Those decks were still fine. You can play Even Paladin and Cubelock.
For this one they announced directly the nerfs mere hours before it actually went live. No warning whatsoever that the decks/cards were even being looked at. Good luck playing the Shudderwock as the devs themselves intended it to be or trying to do something with Druid now.
I'd also like to point out that this is the exact opposite of the common complaints that many players have had for years, about how T5 waits too long for updates. Well, this time they sped it up, when in comparison to how slowly other changes occurred, and still players complain. They can't please everyone at the same time. It just happened you ended up on the other side this time.
Speeding up update patches =\= do them out of thin air a couple hours before said patch goes live.
Look at how they did with Even Paladin and Even Warlock.
The complain is them taking months to even start looking at things, and doing the other extreme, randomly panic nerf hours before a patch, isn't good either.
I disenchanted 14 copies of leeching poison and got a nice chunk of dust from the death of that deck, furthermore I had a blast playing kingsbane rogue for a solid two weeks which is totally worth the dust.
This is the exact reason why i stopped buying any crap from Hazzard.
To be clear as to avoid a shit ton of hazzard fanboys here:
1. I dont have these legendaries (kingbane, odd dragon, shudderwock, malfurion Thank God).
2. Im ok with the timing of the nerfs.
3. Im ok with the target of the nerf (Odd Paladin, Druid, rouge and shaman nuked from orbit)
4. Im NOT OK with the refund policy. By nerfing a single common/rare/epic card team 5 have the ability to destroy an entire deck/archtype, irrespective of the fact that there are a number of legendaries and other epics specific to that deck. They know damn well what archtypes, decks and legendariesthey are nuking but are refunding only commons/epic key to those decks.
You know you are targeting kingsbane rouge (and have effectively destroyed it ) by nerfing leeching poison so refund the dust for kingsbane not some shitty common. This hurts doubly for people who just crafted kingbane (timing of nerfs is pretty bad for these guys)
Want to destroy shudderwock : Nerf saronite. All done
Odd paladin needs to go : Nerf level up. Done.
Druid need to go down FOREVER : nerf wild growth and nourish as if they never existed.
Many people are jumping on the hunter band wagon which Im sure would be nerfed(soon). But which card would they nerf cus if its any other card other than rexxar or zuljin, your out of 1600 dust. If you just crafted this card only to find out its useless in a month (or sooner) cus they nerfed spellstone or (insert any other hunter common/epic card name) how would this make you feel.
I'm fine with one/two cards nerfed maybe making an entire deck much weaker or maybe even unplayable.
What I'm not fine with is how it was done: out of thin air and announced mere hours after the nerf went live. Specially when they release cards that pretty much scream "play X deck", like Raiding Party.
The ideal scenario would be the client knowing when you crafted cards for the affected decks and if it was say, 2 weeks ago, and then allow only those people to get a refund for those cards.
You're not getting dust refunds on the legendaries because they're still working exactly as intended. The synergies you'll need to make the most of them are now different.
I'm a little sad to see Odd Paladin go up in smoke because I tended to beat it 75% of the time but hey ho.
This is the exact reason why i stopped buying any crap from Hazzard.

my cards are F2P. and i hardly craft any cards. if some cards got nerfed, they are nerf for a purpose which is to balancing the game. i know that up to now instead of rogue, paladin, druid... you'd see so much of hunters. and trust me, they will get their turn too.
if someone is angry because they just craft a kingsbane prior, and get mad because of the nerf. i'd say that he's unlucky.
Yes, Blizz is at fault for not informing it sooner, only give a few hours before the nerf. but i think that is their right. most of people using Kingsbane is for laddering. i really sicked seeing rogue after rogue using kingsbane between rank 18-10th. out of my 10 match, i met with 8 kingsbane rogue. so tell me again if that isn't broken?
so it's really not realistic for people to ask to get a full refund of the deck they created. since they still working properly but less powerful. shudderwock still rocking even without his clones. shudderwock is really a winning card, the moment they dropped in the board. most of people are either concede, or left the game. i hardly see someone still insist fighting 3-4 shudderwock.
