I am proud to present you my own deck "The Corrupted Herald of Standard", a deck which focuses around Deathrattles, N'Zoth and Herald Volazj! Because I didn't write a guide yet, I'll just copy and paste (yay, so lazy) the short insight regarding the latest testing I wrote in the deck page.
----- SHORT INSIGHT! -----
1. Silence unfortunately isn't very good. So I replaced it with SW:P, which IS very good - especially against C'Thun and Aggro decks.
2. C'Thun decks are in fact no big deal to beat with this. You just have to ensure board control as good as you can. Don't hesitate on playing Forbidden Shaping, even when on low mana, IF it helps keeping board control. Having a removal just-in-time for C'Thun or let's say Dark Arakkoa usually isn't a problem.
3. Emperor Cobra is AMAZING. So often, this card bailed me out - believe it or not.
4. Control matchups are almost always an insta-win. I played against a C'Thun Warrior and although he was at 50 armor at one point (he had Brann a bit too long on board and then played Ancient Shieldbearer), I beat him fairly easily. N'Zoth, the Corruptor and Herald Volazj won this. Volazj gave me a full board consisting of Cairne Bloodhoofs and Twilight Summoners. After playing N'Zoth, he was done.
5. Aggro decks which curve out really well give me fits sometimes. I get the feeling that just one more taunt or one more heal were missing to win that certain game. This can also be due to the fact that I run Senjin instead of Cyclopian Horror, as I don't have him yet.
All in all, I am quite happy that this deck works. It is competitive enough for the current meta (emphasis on current).
