@allanime I'd go with the reduced-requirement version since 15 is just too much.
@anyone Here are my ideas:
Holy Compassion encourages you to run high-Cost cards. It's the opposite of Holy Wrath. Tassia encourages running a mix of Beasts and non-Beasts as opposed to the linear have-as-many-Beasts-as-possible strategy most Beast cards push. Primordial Power is for decks with lots of Elementals and expands on the kind of planning ahead unique to Elemental decks. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Currently Slias Darkmoon & Bruth is my most popular idea. I nerfed it a little to 3/4 as suggested. I got another idea for you guys to review:
A new Hunter Legendary Spell, with the Start of Game keyword? I know crazy, but a unique idea. So the idea of Vantage Point is it backs up your minionless Hunter decks by giving you a bigger hand at the start of the game, since a problem with Hunters is they run out of steam too fast, and with the minionless decks even moreso. This spell should help with that problem.
Am I doing too much? Like I know compared to past entries it's not a lot but maybe I just make the Quest reward "Add 5 Unsealed Golden Packs to your hand" so you play the tenth minion and can just, get to slinging packs whenever? Also for the record GC packs follow Elises's rarity system so guaranteed Epic or better with hard scaling on legendary pulls.
Might be too OP might be too weak. I dont know. But I like the mindset behind it.
I dig the idea of a repeating Quest. I think you should just lower it to 3/3/3 tho (maybe 4/3/3) since you'll have to spend a mana each time you Quest up again throwing off any tempo. Love it tho.

Holy Compassion
Interesting and balanced effect: 1/4
Nothing new here, just a counterpart of Holy Wrath, as you've said. Pushing for high-cost cards in priest is also nothing new.
Cool and fitting art with appropriate name, class, and rarity: 3.5/4
Nothing to complain about the art, but also nothing remarkable about the art or name as well. Just a priest channeling some healing.
Fitting to real HS cards: 2/2
Could picture this being in a real game.
Total: 6.5/10
Tassia Whisperglen
Interesting and balanced effect: 2.5/4
Pushing hunter to build a deck balancing Beasts and Non-beasts is new, but it's not that exciting or thought-provoking. It's just "oh that's a new kind of effect" and that's it.
Cool and fitting art with appropriate name, class, and rarity: 4/4
Beautiful art with a name mentioning a real NPC in WoW.
Fitting to real HS cards: 1.5/2
The effect is a little too convoluted to be in the real game, and doesn't extend any existing themes in the game.
Total: 8/10
Primordial Power
Interesting and balanced effect: 3/4
A simple twist on the elemental theme to make a quest card. Can create interesting dynamics in the game where choices have to be made to continute the quest or deal with the proublem on the board, or find a creative way to do it.
ALSO I think it should be "for 5 turns in a row".
Cool and fitting art with appropriate name, class, and rarity: 3/4
The portal spell and the portal itself uses the same art, I know finding good art is hard, but using the same art is still a problem. The name of the quest is also a little boring IMO, and it's doesn't sound like a quest (e.g. Open the Waygate, Awaken the Makers).
The final reward is just paying 5 mana to get 3 RANDOM legendaries, and gaining random commons, rare, epic cards by playing the random rewards from the previous quest is not helping it either. The effect is certainly new, but it's also certainly too long and takes itself too seriuosly for someone to like it.
Cool and fitting art with appropriate name, class, and rarity: 2/4
I know that you want to mention the Innkeeper's voice when opening packs. But explicitly saying it the name and having his face covering the whole card won't make your card look nice. Also same card art for all versions.
Fitting to real HS cards: 0/2
Convoluted effect, too explicit joke, having the Innkeeper's face covering the whole card, and using the same card art will not make this feel like a real HS card anytime soon.

Slias Darkmoon & Bruth

The effect is new and I can see it being used in zoolock and maybe aggro but that's it. Maybe it's still OP too, imagine zoolock removing Prince Keleseth and Leeroy Jenkins to deal around 2-3 damage every turn!
Cool and fitting art with appropriate name, class, and rarity: 3.5/4
Beautiful art, and the lore (a real NPC in WoW) is related to the effect as well. The only proublem is the cannon is a little blurry.
Fitting to real HS cards: 2/2
Could see this being a real card.
Total: 8/10
Vanatge Point
Interesting and balanced effect: 2.5/4
Putting start of the game keyword in the name is new, but there is only one use of this card. It's also OP too, just playing spell hunter will give you 2 cards and even if you draw this you still get another one.
Cool and fitting art with appropriate name, class, and rarity: 3/4
This shouldn't be a legendary. Still cool art though.
Essense: I like it, the card introduces a new mechanic to the game, where hunter can also uses dragons, which thematically, is pretty cool. But I would reword it like this "Your beasts now cost (2) less this game. Start of Game: Your dragons are also beasts." it's quite wordy, but there should be a Start of the Game keyword for the effect.
Water: Shouldn't be a legendary, and triggering a battlecry in your deck will sometimes not work, like Pogo-Hopper
@TehSamz - That card is INSANE. I like it. It might be a bit OP. If it was Cost (3) or less it would still demolish aggro just fine, without crapping on midrange decks as hard. Also, grammar wise, it's "start dormant" not "starts dormant".
@ffinderous - I'm not sure how Captain Shivers' deathrattle works. Does he go dormant like Sherazin, Corpse Flower? If so I like him better than the weapon but you should redo his text to match the effect. If I've misunderstood the mechanic then disregard this.
@eScapegoat1270 Thanks for your thoughts i think im going to balance him and thanks for the grammar error, i copied it from The Darkness and Stasis Dragon (sorry about that). I'll change him as soon as i get home ;).
@ceni808
Possible random effects always include this minion.

I would word it something like "whenever a card chooses a random target, it chooses this minion instead."
Hi i'm Tyler and I play hearthstone and watch anime.
Sometimes i make cards. I'd like to do that for a career one day if ever possible.

The effect is new and OK, but the card art looks more like something to deal with ice or snow and the name is boring.
Is this too OP or too weak? Give me some thoughts on this card.
I'm going to put this on my custom expansion i have been working on.

Thanks for feedback! Sorry guys, I was too busy to reply these days.
So I gonna submit one of them. Which one is better?
