tl;dr I want Chillmaw. I have 700 Dust plus a golden Stable Master from the ranked reward last season, which means something has got to go. I could dust some other epics, but many of those are fun cards (I swear I will use my two copies of Enter the Coliseum some day).
I'd have to say either Acidmaw, Skeleton Knight or Bolf Ramshield, definitely. If you don't play control rogue, you can lose Anub'arak. Also, unless you really want the parrot or play warrior/rogue a lot, i'd get rid of Greenskin.
In the second tier of disenchant - that is, if the first four didn't satisfy you - Cairne Bloodhoof and Gruul are relatively obsolete, as are Aviana, Toshley and Onyxia. These five still have slight use, though, so I wouldn't recommend it unless you truly need the dust.
Personally I would dust Harrison Jones ,because I feel he is such a cheat card ,I mean I hate weapon removal in hearthstone overall,if he can remove a weapon OR a secret then it is more fair, if not I feel it is a bit discriminating against weapon classes, but hey that is just me. He is a very good card though.
I don't know why, the effect of thoshley is not something big, but it's such a very strong card, in my opinion you should de acidmaw and skeleton king, also if you need, gruul, bolf ramshield, captain greenskin and onyxia
For those of you saying deconstruct Acidmaw, I disagree. Unless your hunter decks wins/loses by turn 8 every time, Acidmaw can be crazy good clear. Dreadscale is not needed to combo with it. But if you do include dreadscale with acidmaw, it can also be very good early on for facing certain aggro decks, particularly paladin so that also isn't necessarily a wasted slot. I'm not saying you have to use those cards. But they can be very good in some decks. So I would recommend not deconstructing them unless you don't play hunter.

Here's my list! What dies?
Obviously Neptulon because screw murlocs.
Toshley and Grull because they are never played

Everything else, keep.
Check out my Custom Undead Expansion!
...Or my Custom Elemental Expansion!
The Skeleton Knight apparently just lost a joust, because he did not return to my hand.
Cheers.
Acidmaw, Bolf Ramshield, Onyxia, The Skeleton Knight
The worst is BY FAR The Skeleton Knight
Its fangs are in your flesh before its hiss leaves your ears.
Golden Heroes: Druid -> Rogue -> Shaman -> Hunter -> Warlock
Skeleton, Bolf and Gruul, the rest are good legendaries.

Black Knight by far.
Acidmaw & Dreadscale can be a late game board clear for Hunter, but it's a miracle save and the spot takes another much needed card out.

Maybe... nah nah nah nah
