Yes, you don't immediately gain anything, but potential 3 copies of any minion is good enough for just 2 mana tempo loss.
You can target your opponent's minion so you'll always have a great target. Sprint allows you to cycle your deck quick enough to get copied cards out. Against aggro, you can have potentially up to 8 Sludge Belcher or Antique Healbot. Against control, you can have up to 7 Dr.Boom. Against Freeze Mage or current Oil Rogue, you can have up to 7 Loatheb...and so on. This gives Rogue enough potential to compete with many control decks.
Rogue can already put up enough pressure, has efficient removal and has one of the best drawing mechanics in the game. Rogue lacks survivability but unlike other control decks (except CW), Rogue has a serious burst potential.
THEY WOULD HOLD OUT ON US LIKE THIS!!! Oh ma gawwd these cards are sooooo insanely good!!!! THEY JUST TOOK THE META AND FLIPPED IT LIKE ONLY BLIZ CAN DO!
Well it says "Choose a minion" So I'm guessing it doesn't have to be YOUR minion which is pretty cool.. I mean you can copy any of your opponents class card like.. 3 Copies of Antonidas, Antonidas + Rouge = the dream.

Rogue right now is very spell-heavy and really doesn't use a whole lot of minions for board-presence and control. Tossing in 3 minions randomly to a Rogue deck means less likelihood of running into the spells you need. On the upside you get combo fodder to start things off (unless it needs a combo itself).
It's good but not terrific. Giving up the deck slot and adding inconsistency to your deck is a high price to pay for 3x Dr. Balanced shuffled in.
you could make a bunch of loathebs and reck freeze mage or other decks that rely heavily on spells. also it dosent specify that its only your minions so you could copy some weird stuff... like what if they void caller a jarraxus and you gang up it 2 times?

If you use Gang Up to copy an enemy Dr. Boom:
that 1 Dr. Boom kills you before you draw even 1 of the 3 copies. And you lost a card and 2 mana using Gang Up.You could just use that deck slot for a good card, rather than Gang Up.
If a card said: 2 mana, disard a card, draw Dr. Boom, would you play it?
If you use Gang Up on to copy your opponent's Dr.Boom, you still have 5 mana to do whatever you want. If you can't deal with Dr.Boom for 7 mana, you probably can't deal it with 5 mana, not to mention that Rogue has prep.
This card is going to be the bee's knees in Control Rogue. Finally.
For everybody who's saying it doesn't provide value, a lot of the reason Oil Rogue struggles against Warrior and such is because you literally DON'T HAVE ENOUGH DAMAGE IN YOUR DECK TO KILL THEM.
Dealing with Aggro has never been a problem for Rogue. Card draw has never been a problem for Rogue. It's the low power of each individual card in your deck that's a problem. This provides late-game fuel for those games that go long, and you can basically rearrange your deck composition on the fly based on the matchup. It's going to be great. Against Aggro? 4x Antique Healbot. Against Control? 4x Dr. Boom or Trade Prince Gallywix.
Think about what you'll want to draw and play accordingly.
7 Dr. Booms*
This used on coldlight oracle or cho in rogue mill deck might be hilarious.
Naturally. ^^
Gang Up -> Coldlight Oracle YYYEEEESSSSSS
Indeed, it can target enemies.
mill maybe
3 more van cleefs could be a lot of fun.
Card seems really fun and I hope good.
Cant wait.
It's very good, even OP.

Meta changes the moment you switch your deck.
lets not get crazy...remember 30 deck slots means something good has to come out for gang up to go in.

If you can't beat them, join them
It shuffles into your deck, it does not give them to you right away, you have to draw them.
RIP Leeroy...at least we have chicken...
ya, but you can copy something better, eg violet, azure, SI:7, boom etc and have more of them in your deck.

This is too slow it's only decent on slow arena decks, control rouge (if that ever becomes a thing) and in mill rouge(Also gimmicky)
Well i'll be thoughtstealing this shit fo sho...
