Taunts which take two attacks to get through tend to be better than those you can get through in a single attack. This can take up to 4 attacks to get through. Vulnerable to AOE, though.
In the right decks, going wide fast can also be handy. Four bodies from a single card is nice. It'd be nice to have with Righteous Cause.
Turn 1 Brazen Zealot into Turn 2 Air Raid seems like a pretty handy little sequence.
Does it define something new and exciting for Paladin? Not really. But like, if it was an Arena card, seems like it'd be fine.
Ya'll are silly if you think this isn't great. It's good by itself without mentioning synergy with Call to Adventure decks or Duel! decks. Plus all the silver hand synergy, and the value in general. Very good in short and long term. Played in Wild day 1.
This card seems simple, so it's easy to underestimate. But if you really pay attention, you might notice that there's a lot of exploitable stuff crammed into this tiny package.
This card will go far.

Deceptively good card. Good for buying time or protecting your other minions. That said, I don't think it's good enough to make pure paladin or holy wrath worth running, at least not by itself.
It's bland. Both in effect (we've seen this a million times before) and in playability. I don't see it fitting in any current paladins, and it won't give rise to any new ones.
I LOVE twinspells, and 2 1/1 taunts means I can protect other assets.
This will also pair well with Archmage Vargoth. You get 4 1/1 taunts + a 2nd card in hand to cast again. I'm looking forward to adding some frustration to my opponents day.
Turn one, side quest, turn two, this, turn three, mech claw guy, triggers side quest, all minions get 1/1. Then you still get to use the card again the next turn to fill your board.
Help for paladin in the early stages of the game to fight against aggro, I dig it. And two puny taunts still do matter in niche situations later in the game.
Yes it makes Giggling Inventor look like trash at 7 mana in wild. Though to be fair, the inventor had it coming, I still think 6 would be perfect for his mana cost, but I doubt they will ever revisit it, unless they do a standard wide card buffing this next year like they did last year.
Twinspell is always good and gives this card a ton of card value, two taunts is nice.
God I wish Twinspell was an evergreen mechanic. It makes so many bleh cards into really solid value generators. Wonder if Mage is getting another twinspell card.
I think everyone is vastly underestimating the power of this. I don't think they've printed a single bad twinspell card. It's such a powerful mechanic.

It's the same agonizingly boring 'summon x squires' card that had been printed a million times in the past.

Trash in standard. A little better Mirror Copies but you are not playing the spellslinger class
I think this is decent. It’s certainly not a bad card. It should slot into pure paladin and that deck is somewhat competitive.

Solid card. Undoubtedly will go in Even Paladin. Could possibly fit in Pure Paladin as well.

people said the same thing about odd paladin. 2 man for 2 1/1 ? BAD. next day everyone complains how OP the deck was.
2 mana for silver recruits already proved how strong it can be. this card have extra taunt and can be used 2 times.
People underestimate taunt in a card like this.
Late game this can save you a lot of time. Early game is just slightly below average tempo but has twinspell so it's good.

So it’s a worse Frightened Flunky?
That certainly helps Paladin to get back into top ranks... NOT .
Oh boy, the Paladin cards lately all remind me of that old Kansas song.
This card is excellent.

helps the pure package, I wish paladin had more swarm buffs though (I dont actually)
Respectfully disagree, my odd pali list rocks
Wouldnt be surprising if next expansion some SHR cards are printed. They haven't done it since Kobolds
