Crazy card, obvious druid counter, can be used in board deck to prevent an AOE or later in the game it can be a good tempo play to go 4 drop + this. The opponent has only 5 mana to answer your play.
If you have a radiant elemental at turn 10 on the board you can double surrender to madness and then play this and play something else for 6 mana .... if i understand correctly. Good days for all classes
I think it will give full crystals. Wild growth gives empty, but text says "gain an empty mana crystal". If I remember correctly, if card have a text "gain crystal" it means "full crystal".
Useable tech and I'm also thinking about potential use in aggro decks, hmm.
Well, the wording might not be 100% accurate word from word, it is translated from Korean. So dont read too much into the nuances just yet ;-)
Guys soo the Druid will actually have 6 Mana Crystals on his turn because that is how Mana Crystals work, you get 1 Crystal on your turn and sadly this card just does not stop Spreading Plague.
Indirectly your opponent will be 1 Mana in advance.
This would complete fuck over Shudderwock and Mecha'thun decks more than anything. Drop it when you know the combo is coming and they can't do anything for 4/5 turns (fatiguing all the while)
you know what? this wouldn't be half bad in a tempo shudderwock deck (without Grumble).
Sure, it would delay Shudderwock by a few turns, but then you play it and you get 3-4 6/6s on the board (plus freezes, hagatha aoe etc) and good luck to your opponent answering it with 6 mana available.
One of the coolest cards they've ever printed. Druid's also have the ability to play around this by saving a Wild Growth and/or a Nourish for when after this is played, and because everyone will be playing this card, you will probably have to get good at playing around this.
Shudderwock and Mecha'thun are getting hit really hard here.
Question: if you are on turn 6 and play this card do you get empty mana or 5 filled mana crystals? If they are filled this is even great on turn 6 followed with 5 drop.
"set" implies that you affect the number of crystals, not their status, meaning if you were at 10/10 and you play this you'll be at 1/5 (much better that you play a 4 mana card beforehand ofc)
dont think you can play any card after this so how could you seance it?
rogue with shadowstep will work
Priest will surrender to madness!!!

anti druid ? this card literally anti (delay) all combo deck
A meta depending card, probably wont see much play but i like it

As you can see, we put great care into making this card. Totally won't break Shudderwock.
wouldn't you like to know?
Aggro time.
Unique card, its gonna be interesting in what decks it will be played
Nice combo you got there, shame if you couldn't play it.

This is great for even midrange. Might even help against control decks.

Everyone is talking about Druid and I am just thinking how this could help aggro deck screw over control.
Oh, You think you want to play Zerek's Cloning Gallery, Alexstrasza, Psychic Scream, DK Jaina? GUESS WHAT?!
