Control priest is much better choice in current meta in my opinion. I had a lot of success with it this season so far (got me from rank 15 to 4 in one big win streak). Biggest advantage is that it is not a pure control but something between control/combo since Alexstraza followed by three mindblasts or 2 mindblasts and one holy fire is a win against almost any deck excluding odd warrior. This combo is also very consistent thanks to shadow visions (when lucky I was able to do 25 dmg in one turn). It can beat midrange hunter quite regularly if the rng is not against you (duskbreaker and cabal shadow priest stealing thundra rhino are your power moves). Odd paladin is also not a problem if you play smart. Any slower deck is typically almost sure win. Hard matchups are odd warior and combo druid since they have a lot of armor gain but it is beatable if you pressure a lot with your dragons and stall with psychic screams as much as possible in case of mecha-c'thun.

I know. Im not looking for a deck,im happy with my terrible meme deck. I was just wondering how the deck workedif you drew maly or velen before clone. But i get it now

This "meme" deck won HCT winter. But if you want to let other people convince you it's bad go for it.

He was talking about his own deck, not gallery priest. He doesn't play it himself

Well... I lost a game savagely but still would like to post here since I am always happy when I see new synergies. I play mostly in arena and somehow it did not occur how good Summoning Portal meshes with Echo minions. The enemy put the portal behind taunts and before I could kill it, on turn 6 he flooded the whole board with 1-mana Phantom Militias.

I have a fun deck centered around that synergy. Meat Wagon helps getting out Summoning Portal without paying for it. Then play Glinda Crowskin and have fun! My favorites are 1-cost echo Lifedrinkers, Tar Creepers, Gnomeferatus and of course Sea Giants :-)

Same here. Meat Wagon Warlock is a hell of a lot of fun and surprisingly strong

That it's a Deathrattle and a legendary (so can't pull itself) makes it completely unplayable in my eyes.

Dunno what to hope for, but I'm pretty sure Priest is going to get some sort of an AoE effect from Lazul, as Priest has no decent AoE's in his core set and Psychic Scream is rotating out.

I wonder how Blizz is gonna handle Dr Boom, as we kinda just got him :P

Battlecry: Discover a Priest Spell from the past, it costs 0.

posted a message on Had to share this misplay.

Yesterday I played Doomsayer after filling the board with giants (accidentally threw out Doomsayer instead of a giant that had echo).

    That's a much, much worse mis-play.

This is a great card. Seriously strong.

But it won't see play because it requires WAY too much thought and foreplanning for 90% of the Hearthstone community.

After the first two weeks it won't see play. Except *maybe* if there's a way to cheat it out.

When was the last time any 10-cost card saw regular play?

You have never been truly screwed by RNGesus until you play against a Shaman who gets 3 (three!!) Pyros and a Grumble from his "random elemental" cards. &Then to top it off when I manage to stabilise, he plays three 1/2 elementals and turns then into legendary minions.

The legendaries he got? 2x Tyrantus and 1x Lich King.

    Mental.

Kaladin is (no offense) typing here 24/7 and still is even rank 5. While im one day rank 7 and next day almost 9 lol. Faking start of the month filled with luckiest players ever answers to everything, perfect curve and im playing inspire classes till turn 5.

Yeah I often wonder how Kaladin makes it to rank 5 (at least) every month despite never drawing well and his opponents always drawing perfectly..

Said it before and ill say it again: Meat Wagon Warlock is probably the most fun deck to play at the moment.

Seems to have very few weak matchups as well in my experience.

Finally I had some good RR card openings.

When the expansion launched, I opened around 100 packs accumulated from gold and I only got 4 legendaries (not counting the freeby). They were Gonk, Bwonsamdi, Zihi, Oondasta and Gral as my freeby. I remember I was super disappointed by the results, cuz' they were either underwhelming or I didn't have enough support for the decks they were used in. After buying 8 more I received Zul'jin and after doing X arenas - Halazzi.

Fast-forward to my yesterday's packs: Da Undatakah (tavern brawl), Hooktusk (from the 4 choose-your-champion packs) and now Malacrass (tavern brawl). As you can guess, I feel satisfied with the results.

[edit] I played two more games and got Griftah from a pack. I don't know if I should be happy or sad - on the one hand it's a really bad legendary, but on the other hand I consider myself pretty lucky for opening only a few packs before receiving my next legendary. Either way that's 400 dust in my collection, which I'm happy about.

I wish I had Griftah. I would put him in every deck I run.

I used it in normal play.

In tavern brawl I think it would be too slow, ironically.
