The rush effect is really good, but the hero power is not, its totally random bullshit that you dont want to have a reliable lategame. So with this effect i only see this card in a aggro/midrange mech deck right now, maybe we get a bigger picture with the other cards in the set.
Why do you wanna go odd if you replace the hero power?
That's a fair question. I think the odd hero power has a lot of early game value (thinking about cards like Shield Slam and Reckless Flurry), and that later in the game you want something like Dr. Boom, Mad Genius as a value engine to get you over the line.
Yet only 2 of the hero powers actually generate value. What if you keep getting the other three? The upside then is that the 7 armor power gives you hope you can still use your armor synergy cards.
I think this card is not for a control deck. You really need a lot of mechs for this to be worth much.
For a minute when i saw the battlecry and i was thinking "Blizzard why do you keep printing Shitty Warrior cards?!?!?!?!" thats when i saw the hero powers and i instantly got excited. Also for the fact its odd cost So Baku Warrior just got a MASSIVE Buff. I am instant crafting this
People keep saying it is random. Random only bad if there is 4 mediocre options and 1 good option. In this case, there is 4 very good options and one mediocre option. So it is great . Also, from a board control perspective, the 3 damage option and the 3 1/1 mini Mech option is basically the same , make it even more consistent. You also have 2 mana 7 armor option which is ridiculous , Reckless flurry and Shieldslam cant be happier.
I think Peter said that, with the HP, after you use it both players can see what the next one is. So that allows for a bit of counterplay from your opponent and with you.

Any hero power is better than the warrior DK hero power, more armor and in the long run mechs with rush + value from hero power is better than the very good 4/3 weapon and this card is cheaper.
DK warrior almost never see play and now he turn like Jaraxxus, no one will use because have a much better alternative.
Yes, its a tempo loss when you play it but usually you'll easily be able to catch up using mechs with rush the following turn.
2 of the hero powers do 3 damage, sort of. Still being able to gain armor from your hero power after using the hero card is also very relevant. The battlecry is the strong part of the card and I think people are underrating how strong giving all your mechs rush is. Rush is very powerful in a midrange deck and could shine in the mid to late game; especially if warrior is given more good mechs.

When you want armor its a great deal. When you want board control and you get the armor hero power you are screwed.

Remeber that your MECH now have rush. So if we have mech in hand we always have a proactive turn whatever the HP for that turn is
All the existing rush minions (no mech tribe) will be useless. I see this battlecry as a fix for their mistakes. Rush warrior already failed once,and I think will do twice.
We already knew this would be a warrior hero card, but why not make this a tri-class to support all three damn mech classes of this expansion? It makes more sense to me. Besides they would redeem themselves of the worst tri-class Don Han'Cho. I hope Warrior doesn't get a legendary spell that fits in mech decks like Paladin does and probably Hunter will do.
This card relies on a midrange warrior with some mechs to exist. The hero power gives you some mechs to play with on its own but that might not be enough to justify putting it into a deck. It also might be an auto include in every warrior deck like blood reaver gul’dan. A very good card that might raise warrior from its dirge in popularity.

7 mana for 7 armor is not good. If you don't play this on turn 7, but later turns, then it's even worse because you are getting NO value with your mechs having Rush. You WANT to play this on turn 7.
So what if you do, best case scenario then? Turn 7, play Dr Boom hero. Gain 7 armor. Your minions on board can already attack, so nothing changes there.
Turn 8, you have a hero power that can be good, depending on what shows up. 2 mana down. 6 mana left to play a Mech, with Rush.
This is your best case scenario. For example, DK Jaina, immediately impacts the board in 2 ways. All your elementals in play have lifesteal AND you get an elemental with lifesteal. And your opponent has to play around 1 life minions for the rest of the game.
How does this even compare to that? I think the card is far too slow and unless neutral mechs are amazing, this will not matter.
