I think you only see that the first time you push the button but it will still do something. If you never hero power it will just sit on that big red button.
Seriously good. Battlecry last for the rest of game, Mech has Rush is huge . Other than the WW option, 4 other hero power are very good , it is like Rexxar DK + Gudan DK hybrid. I love that one of the option is still gain 7 armor !

Do you guys think Boom has 5 or 6 different hero powers? His "Big Red Button" hero power doesn't look like it does anything. It could be a placeholder when you look at the card in your collection and hand?
Hero power is bad because it's random which one you get.
Not bad because 4 of 5 options are good. Only the whirlwind one is meh, but some use too.
Deal 3 damage is like Gudan minus the lifesteal. That is ok because you also have an option of gain 7 armor which balance things out. The summon 3 1/1 mech is also good because its a mini Muster for battle and have RUSH, so it can be use as a 2 mana 3 damage removal too. The last option is like Rexxar, discover free card ofc is the best and make the whole package great.
My question is if you refresh the hero power, you have the new options or the same one this turn ?

That's a fair question. I think the odd hero power has a lot of early game value (thinking about cards like Shield Slam and Reckless Flurry), and that later in the game you want something like Dr. Boom, Mad Genius as a value engine to get you over the line.
Yeah, I think it's playable. Maybe if the mechs in the set are strong it will be better. The hero power being random each turn means you cannot plan, nor can your opponent. It's complete RNG and I think it really hurts the power level of the card.
IF and only IF the hero power cycled in a specific order and the order was known , that would be better. Or perhaps the Hero power showed you what upcoming next turn to both players, that would be fine too.
This randomness will not be good. 7 mana, 7 armor, do nothing to the board is really bad. At least most other hero cards actually do something to the board.

The more I think about it, the more I hate it. 1 mana gets you 5 armor with Iron Hide. What does the other 6 mana get you? 2 armor plus Next turn all your mechs have Rush (because you can't play any this turn) and a changing hero power in which you cannot predict or control.
So I think about this more like a 9 mana card. You can use the Hero power on the same turn. Ugh. I think I will play with it, but the mechs that are in warrior have to be really strong.

The random hero power really undermines what could've been a good card imo. Was thinking of crafting it but think I'll steer clear for now.
