Voted Meta Defining for the sheer reason of the explore un'goro deck. That deck will be the next pre-nerf quest rogue.
So are you playing a good or a bad deck? If a good one, your opponent will beat you with it. If a bad one, you'll be dead before the combo.
It will be a stall deck with tons of draw such as Coldlight Oracle, Gnomish Inventor, and maybe even Gadgetzan Auctioneer, so that once you switch, they would be stuck with tons of draw, or possibly even Hemet, Jungle Hunter could be played so your opponent just has no deck at all when you switch.

Ok, what about them just switching back?
That is when you play skulking geist do destroy their entire deck :)

True, my friend. Sometimes I spam for absolutely no reason, so forgive me for making you read unnecessary points, which you didn't provoke.
Yes, that is really 3200 dust commitment just for a meme deck and maybe those cards won't see that much play outside this theorycraft, but tbh I would do it. I mean, normally I also take into consideration the strength and the "lifespan" of a card, when wanting to craft a legendary, but I also consider how much enjoyment I will get from it. I mean - look at Patches the Pirate - since his release he was always included in aggro and mid-range decks, also in some combo decks (QR). And this is the point I wanted to make - I think it's logical, that some people care more about goofing around than laddering; I mean what kind of enjoyment do you get from a 1/1 charging body. You win more games this way, this can be one's priority, gratz, but for me that's the same as spending your dust on pure joke/weak cards, which you will get tired of after the 3rd or the 4th game. Why do you torture yourself grinding on and on just to get higher on the ladder(and better rewards)? For me this becomes like a daily chore, matches like this kind blend with each other, they become predictable. Games should be unique, each with a different story to tell, they should bring enjoyment and relaxation to both players. This is my definition for a rewarding experience, especially for people who are tired (from work/school/uni) and want to take a break*.
So yeah... sorry again for making you read this, but I adore having pleasant conversations with you, people, so I do like to express my thoughts.
*note - just wanted to be clear on this: I'm not talking about the RNG factor and I don't support blizzard with their philosophy for randomness. I was just talking about the experience itself, how we should break the ice and not always play try-hard decks.
I just love the idea of playing this, then immediately using Explore Un'Goro.
But then wouldnt your opponent just avoid switching decks back?
Yeah, and that is why you should try to give them a shitty deck. But it really doesn't matter to me if this kind of strategies are really viable or not, I just love this card. :)

You could just kind of trap them. Play a deck thats just super draw heavy, no huge win conditions, then play Togwaggle/Explore Un Goro. You've destroyed your opponents deck as it was. Now, if they want to switch back, you can hold on to a Skulking Geist, and delete it for real.
Requires a lot of setup, and probably would kinda suck, but it'd work a few times I'm sure :P

Best suggestion for this card so far.

Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
When the highest rank and lowest rank are the same LUL
Here I was thinking that this card would be playable, but I was wrong. So far, this expansion can be renamed Memes and arcane dust.
This card is the counter to Temporus.
"Oh, you think you have a combo that can win if you have two turns? What happens if I play it instead?"

This card is not bad at all. All of you are gonna be surprised.
Turn 9: Explore Ungoro
Turn 10: Togwaggle + Explore Ungoro

It can be awesome with hemet!
