Imho the card should be fixed (giving it some drawback effect) more than moved out of Standard.

Druid's had insane decks since the game was released. 

Innervate should be "Refill 2 Mana Crystals" ...

I'm a heavy ramp (big druid) player, this archetype has never been OP, can we nerf any other thing that does not affect this kind of decks? ty

Don't know if someone already answered something similar but Innervate will never be hall of famed.

The reason why is because it's a basic card, not a classic one. 

Blizzard is never going to rotate out a card that is part of the basic set. These cards are literally the only ones new players get right of the bat. If Blizzard moves Innervate to the hall of fame, druid has 2 basic cards less than al the other classes. That just doesn't work. 

I'm pretty sure that Blizzard feel that the basic class cards are part of the elementary identity of every class, including Innervate for druid. 

You can whine about it all you want, it's never going to happen. 

Edit: so the only plausible thing that can happen, is it being nerfed/changed. Maybe make it 2 mana with text: "gain 4 mana crystals this turn only". That would at least make it impossible to use it on turn 1 to innervate out a Vicious Fledgling.
