Hey guys, I know it's only 3rd day after release and people are already calling for fix/nerf but this gotta stop... Defile is simply too op. I playrd with deahtrattle hunter and I had a lot of sticky minions and board with zombeasts summoned by N'zoth and with 2 FUCKING MANA the board is simply cleared. I am not only frustrated but really pissed off by some op cards. One of them could be as well spreading plague bcs when it's played you gotta press that fucking red concede button.
I think that it should cost 3/4mana or just trigger maximum 3 times.
It's easy to play around. You just don't have it in mind as you might take longer to get something new, but again, easy to play around that.
play around it? I had 15 hp left, had 3+health minions, he played leeroy and then DEFILE into 1hp whelps 2hp leeroy and then my stuff... but yeah let's play around that crap

So it's not a 2 mana cost removal, it's been a 7 mana removal. Happy with Flamestrike then, which takes one less card? Logic ftw.
Well is a card designed to dealt with big board pressence, in all the examples: that is the reason for that card to exist, being able to punish the enemy for over flood the board withouth lost your turn or auto suicide your self into Hunter-Mage high spell letal range. Warlock need Defile, for real, they NEED a card like this one and more in this meta. Classes like Mage can get infinite minions with lifesteal, paladin have a lot of recursion, hunter is hunter (high damage, high tempo, high slowplays punish), priest...uh...well priest can do their stuff of alot of value and now have "infinite" damage in late game with their DK, chaman is like hunter but with more more minions and more powerfull spells but ""less tempo"" blablabla

he didn't used leeroy as a combo removal, he also had hellfire to make sure it would clear my board a bit but he was on 2hp so *fuck logic*
but I respect that guy for trying to be original by playing leeroy and faceless manipulator into my abomination.
Well i met a Warlock who had that ghoul 2/3 get +1 dmg for each minion that died. And he summoned Grim Patron, made the ghoul immune with the spider minion and the ghoul ended up with 26-27 dmg. But i still won. :-)

Defile is one of the fewer cards that you need to think and set up really hard before you play it and people are calling it op. Then, you only deserve the Gadgetzan face meta.
Before calling a card op, Let Blizzard reward people who think before play something! It is not like upgrading an Arcanite Reaper, or Fireballing your enemy behind of an Ice Block. It is not like summoning an endless Horde of Jade or dropping a Gentle Megasaur after a perfect curve. It really makes you think and set up. Is that bother you? Too bad.
Defile not only helps with token shaman and aggro-style decks, it even acts as one of the incredibly few ways warlock can combat jade druid (not that it saves us often anyways...). Not a chance this card needs a nerf.
This card is being abused with spellpower too much. For 2 mana it makes a very big thread. It shouldnt be buffed with spellpower to become a normal clear card.

As a Warlock main I can only say this:

It is a strong card that Warlock needed so badly. Good punishment for your total over-commitment.

You just need to learn to play around it, I play hunter and I know how painful it is, but I do my best to play around it
