Run the new card that gets divine shield life steal taunt 4 mana 3/3 instead this card is shit
And how exactly is Corpsetaker going to get Lifesteal if you don't also run Lifesteal cards? Wickerflame, the 1/4 demon, and the 3/2 charge in Paladin are the only other Lifesteal minions.

This is a card that could be interesting in a more controlly hunter. Though it may just end up being a primo target for build a beast, if build a beast is good.
Against Aggro, this is a death sentence either way.
It either becomes a 6/10 with taunt and life steal summon a 2/6 with taunt or It makes blackguard really strong. Also makes sure that your corpse takers always have life steal.
Seems really good. Simple and strong. Good thing for Houndmaster to tame, although "sic 'em!" seems pretty gruesome. makes Prince Valanar look pretty dumb.
I think they're way over valuing life steal. It's worth at most half a mana (depending on the size of the body). This card is 2 mana understated if not more.

2 mana or more? So it should be a 3 or 2 mana 4/4 lifesteal? WTF
However should have had taunt imo, that might wouldve made it playable.

First, I think lifesteal is an effect that actually increases in mana value dependent on the body. This is currently the highest base stated lifesteal minion I believe.
Also if this is overstated, at MOST it's by 1. 3 mana 4/4s generally have downsides, this would just be broken as shit at 3.

Yes, because a minion costing one more mana than it is actually worth barely makes a difference right?
You are correct in saying the card would be busted at 3 mana(would still be even without LS), but it also still wouldn't be good at 4. IMO they should have just made it a 3 mana 3/3.
This is the most underrated card in the set, I think a lot of decks are going to be using Sunwalker, Blood Worms and Corpse Taker as their anti-aggro line, Life Steal is a soft Taunt because if either A) this trades for value or B) this is buffed then aggro loses the game.
Blizzard isn't under valuing Life Steal, the problem with valuing mechanics is that some have increasing and decreasing returns with minion scaling i.e. Divine Shield loses value on bigger minions and gains value on smaller minions disproportionately while Life Steal gains value on bigger minions and loses value on smaller minions instead. If this were even 5/4, it'd be a bit much. While 4/4 seems underwhelming, I think Corpse Taker and The Curator make this card very functional as a survival tool (in a lot of ways it reminds me of Antique Healbot)
If you hit with it once, it's about the same level as Priestess of Elune. If you hit with it twice, it's better than Antique Healbot, which did see play. The only problem is that Antique Healbot was instant, which is very important because it prevented burst. It's decent, but I don't think it's worth to play because it doesn't protect you instantly and the times where it doesn't hit twice it's really bad.
People are actually saying this is a good arena card? lol
Come on guys, this game has been out since 2014.
Beast druid hype :-D
would this be good with bittertide hydra
kisses are a better fate than wisdom

You play this Pally
Turn 6 you either Spike ridge or you Black guard.

I like it. Quote me here. SLEEPER OF THE SET. Curator Synergy, insane with Corspetaker, 5 mana slot. I love it :)

What's "sick em?"

Carpe Diem - Seize the day
sicking
transitive verb
1: chase, attack —usually used as a command especially to a dog sic 'em
2: to incite or urge to an attack, pursuit, or harassment : set sicced their lawyers on me

This card is crazy hot garbage.
