It's the same as Gruul, except worse in every aspect.
Gruul gets +2+2 by the start of your turn, and can attack the enemy hero. This card has to kill a minion to get the boost, so it'll RARELY be allowed to get a hit on the hero.
Not only that, but it gets less stats than Gruul. Gruul gets +2+2, this thing only gets +2 damage, considering that it needs to lose health from attacking.
Honestly, I'd much prefer a 9 mana 6/7 "gets 2/2 whenever it kills an enemy minion". At least then it can be a tank.
Hhis legendary is strictly worse than Gruul, who rarely sees play, and is almost strictly worse than foe reaper, who rarely sees play.
They could release 133 cards and not this one.. Really hope to not see this come from a pack. This card isn't even fun or anything boring overpriced pile of stats to screw priests new card.
To all of you saying that bad legendaries like this (must) exist because of cards like Professor Paletress and the like: that's a poor excuse! They could have given this thing a powerful battle cry like 'return all minions that cost 3 or less to their owners' hands' (playing on the theme of fear) and the same stateline. Then it would be more interesting yet even worse to get from paletress.
Similarly 2 drops like crazed alchemist or novice engineer are a below average when they are summoned from a piloted shredder's death rattle, yet they have their place in the game on their own right.
Not good, not good at all. Not only is it pure crap value wise, but it doesn't even change the gamestate in any meaningful way. Give Bolf Ramshield credit, at least it was unique! I hear people saying,"Don't judge a book by its cover." My response? The Necronomicon, surprise, was not a good read. If this card had some insane synergy, why didn't they show that card alongside this? This obviously doesn't look like a good or fun card on its own.
The artwork has a very low resolution. Not saying it's fake, but the site that originally posted it must have been given a crappy picture. Can anyone confirm the reliability of that site? I'm not trusting it until we get a better image.
Edit: It looks like the original image was very small, and someone upscaled it and replaced the border and text areas with a larger image before it was posted here. You can tell because the horn on the dragon at the top is doubled. This English version isn't official, so the translation might be incorrect.
How does it work exactly? Let's say I play this guy and my opponent plays a Mech-Bear-Cat. If I trade my Boogeymonster into the Mech Bear Cat will it stay alive with 2 health and 8 attack?
Gives Millhouse Manastorm a run for the money as one of the worst legendaries ever conceived. The name is good, though, because think of this nightmare scenario: You open a fresh pack, you put your cursor over a card and it glows legendary gold! You anticipate some awesome card like N'Zoth the Corruptor, but imagine your disappointment when you find out you got The Boogeymonster instead.
What this card needs is to be a 6/8 for 7 mana. People are talking about how it should cost 6, but bliz won't make a straight upgrade to the ogre. 7 mana 6/8 would be reasonable enough to not be a straight downgrade from Gruul. Even that would make it pretty bad as a legend, but maybe playable.

Paletress fodder.

Not a great value and slow.

Worse than Foe Reaper 4000 . Foe Reaper 4000 has 9 health, and most of the time it does not even survive the following turn.
FU Blizz at least make it 7 so it combos with Charge that cost 3 and give 2 attack and charge
Alot of the legendaries start off with under 7attack. Makes me think no big game hunter nerf is coming.
It's just a big ball of stats. Big balls of stats never work.
This card seriously could have been 7 mana.

And I thought gruul was bad.

Horrible card.Filler.
This is a corrupted Gruul, it has almost the same effect: if you get it from a pack, you gain 400 dust and the cost is the same...
Mill! Mill!

Why isn't it 7 mana? or at least a 7/7. The former would be a better change, but both changes are viable.
Been playing Hearthstone since March 2015. Avid theory crafter and card conceptualizer.
I think it could be decent in some priest and shaman decks. Very board controlly maybe ramp druid?
