At first I was kinda sad when I saw this card as someone who likes to play control Mage but once I thought about it I'd rather there be this than Kezan Mystic because having an Ice Block stolen is a whole lot more devastating than just having it destroyed and my opponent having a 3/5.
I'm okay with it, I just hope we get some secret synergy for slower deck types that's not as broken as Mad Scientist but a little more useful than say Kirin Tor Mage.

Kirin is a very good card, 4/3 for 3 manas and you can play a card cost 3 for free, more than that is something broken like Mad Scientist...
The problem with Kirin is that the window to play the secret is too small, it's a dead card unless you have a secret already in hand.
What I mean when I say more useful is it gives you a better window. An example could be just making it 'your next secret costs (0)' so it doesn't have to be played that turn, similar to Dragon Consorts effect for dragons.
Alternately a persistent effect on a minion (Gives the opponent a chance to kill it before you benefit as it's not a battlecry but could potentially be better if they ignore it or can't kill it) along the lines of 'Your secrets cost 2 less but not less than (1)' this would be essentially a secret version of Summoning Portal.
I just don't think this card is really that good. I mean sure, against Secret Paladin it is killer, but against any other deck it is either a bit worse than Kezan Mystic or completely useless. If you chuck two of these in a deck then it is going to be a liability against the field as a whole, especially with Mad Scientist rotating out.
Nice card, but in my opinion in order not to lose game whether you are playing a secrets deck is for Blizzard to add another secret so you can't lose the other ones, in other words, you have to make a deck with 2 extra secrets as a warranty and If you played them before this card is being played by your opponent you'll still keep them or at list some of them.
tech card doesnt solve a problem of op cards like challenger - it is really stupid first make unbalance card , than after a few months make a new tech counter card.

blizz should nerf challenger and move kezan in standard or not create card like eater of secrets
Oh hey, a tech card meant to answer secret paladin that's coming out way too late like every other tech answer Blizz has ever printed. Hopefully we aren't wasting money on too many pointless cards like this one.
it HAS to be nerfed very soon! Effect is ok, but the stats growth is ridiculous. For example, u kill 2 secrets on turn 4 against hunter or freeze mage and opponent has to deal with 4\6, its insane! It has to be "destroy the secrets and gain +1\+1"
I prefer Kezan Mystic, just think about it, it's a better 4 drop in case that you're facing one of the 6 classes that doesn't have secrets and you take the secret. I'm agree, against a paladin that is amazing, but you won't play against paladin always ...
But for standard is cool, it's a neutral card so any class could protect against secrets decks, if you break at least 1 secret stats are worth (kind of).
Against aggro I prefer a 2/4 body than a 4/3. See Keeper of the Grove it trades better.
True ... paladins and hunters usually play aggro and habe secrets, and now shaman aggro and warlock zoo are meta decks, didn't think about it xd

I think something like "When your opponent play a minion with battlecry null the effect and destroy the minion.".
Personally I would have preferred a direct nerf to Dr. "None of Your Business", but giving us a counter towards it is the next best thing. Even if only some people run in, it means people are gonna think twice before playing secret paladin.
This card deserves a nerf much more than any card nerfed before.
I prefer a thousand times fight a Buzzard cost 2, Undertaken or a spell 10 damage for 8 manas instead this abomination called MC.
Mad Cientist is the best cost 2 card in entire game, MC put Mad Cientist to shame and says "Only one secret? Bitch, please."
Honestly let's actually think about this card for a second, yes it destroys secrets paladin and freeze mage, HOWEVER do you honestly think running two is a good idea, you would run 1copy MAYBE and even then it will only hit on 3 of the 9 classes so there is a 2/3 chance that you will be stuck with a bad 4 drop and in my opinion turns 4 and 5 are the most crucial turns in the game as the biggest jump in stat lines is typically for 3-4 or 5-6 so developing a strong minion is very important, piloted shredder is a key example of this over all I don't believe that is card is as good as everyone is expecting I'm sorry but this card is mediocre at best and it would only be worth running 1 and most definitely not 2. In the end it is just a stronger kezan mystic and you don't even get the secret, sorry but again I think this card in general is a bust feelsbadman

It's situational, terrible if tempo played, and the stat growth is actually rather tame against all but secret paladin.

then afterwards we need a spell that counters the secret that protects you from losing your other secrets

Rush with paladin for the last time in 3 ... 2 ... 1 hahaha.
But im crying with my freeze mage >.>

Great counter to Secret paladn. I think most Reno decks are gonna take it for sure.
It could be a strong card in standard too, depends on the new secrets or if there is a new neutral card that puts multiple secrets at once

You wont have to worry about mysterious challenger once the new formats come out...
