After a few months with some fresh additions (sadly, to old broken decks, like Never Surrender! and Archmage Vargoth), a new set has arrived, with some cards that many people have linked to wild decks.
I think the new expansion will have an impact on Wild. More than some other expansions. For example the new shaman spell turning all minions into murlocs. It can be quite strong with Old Murk Eye since he gets +1 Attack for opponents murlocs too.
I'm really-really afraid of the new quest package Mage got. Secret Tempo Mage is my most hated deck, it just disables any kind of reaction for control decks against it.
Fireball on a stick looks really scary.
Some of the quests will probably find a home, but none of them looks really meta material.
Zephrys will most likely fit in every already existing Reno deck, off meta decks will also like him too.
Elise will probably work as a combo piece in a non-highlander deck.
Amet boosts Inner Fire Priest.
King Phaoris will find a home too. Most likely at Reno/Big Spell Mage.
Hyena guy goes instantly to Aggro Beast Hunter.
In short: The secret package makes me sweat, but I think this expansion will give some fresh air to the Wild ladder. Lots of interesting cards to build around.
Secret mage is getting new tools, even shaman too. Expired merchant + cruel dinomancer combo will create a new cubelock/even lock deck. The new quest might compliment jade druid. Odd Rogue will get siamat. Lacky zoo seems strong. Plague of murlocs is a good big priest counter. Secret Hunter might come back now that it gets to play a 4mana 7/7. Zeprys wil be played in Reno lock. A tempo taunt warrior deck might appear, using into the fray and bolster to buff smaller taunt minions. Garden gnome and beees might bring aggro druid back in the spotlight. We will probably also see some new combo decks emerge.

In order to include a card in an existing deck, some other card has to be removed. W/O stating what card needs/will be replaced, listing new cards to add is silly.
Secret Mage might be improved by the new cards. I could see Kabal Lackey getting the axe. Others have suggested Arcanologist.
Splitting Axe won't see play in Even Shaman. It wants to play a big minion on turn 4, not make more totems.
The new quest will never be played in Jade Druid. It takes up a card slot, and does nothing.
Lackey Zoo doesn't even look good in Standard so it won't see play in Wild. Warlock has bad lackey generators.
I think some new archetypes will be spawned and some decks might be able to slot in a card to improve some matchups but I dont know if it'll knock the top decks out of existence. I can only pray plague of murlocs is enough to get people to stop playing big priest.

Do you think it will refresh Wild mode?
My opinion is that there will be a change to class popularity, but the Tier list will be stable. Many combo enabler/disablers (Elise the Enlightened, Dinotamer Brann, Wild Bloodstinger, High Priest Amet, Anka, the Buried, Expired Merchant, Mogu Cultist, Body Wrapper, Blatant Decoy, etc.), control tools (plagues in general), new quests, cards supporting old sub-archetypes (taunt warrior, even shaman, combo druid, highlander decks etc.) may change the wild environment, but the most powerful/broken decks will remain untouched.
