Hi everyone! This just happened to me right now and I'm kinda ticked off coz I was on a winning streak going from rank 13 to 11. When I was rank 11 - 3 stars I went back to 11 - 1 star after losing just one game. Anyone experienced this? Just couldn't believe my eyes when 2 stars disappeared instead of just one. Grrr so annoying!

Nope...believe me I pay attention to my stars but this time I literally saw 2 stars disappear after losing 1 game. I'm gonna complain to Blizz. I'm past that rank now but it's just infuriating to see.

Did you disconnect from a game?
One of my game I was disconnected when I hit the play button, I believe I was only on queue but when I login I lost a star.

it is a known bug and I had the same due to connection problems on my iphone when I palyed ladder.
I lost 2 stars after disconnect during the game but the funny thing was that I gain 2 stars after winning the next game so it was fine ...
You just played really really badly. Blizzard didn't think you needed to be ranked so high

Blizzard just introduced losing streak in yesterday's patch. You will lose 2 stars if you lose 3 games or more in a row.
