Some kind of mid-range hunter (good for learning tempo) or warlock zoo (good for learning trading) deck is the traditional suggestion. They're usually atleast decent in any meta.
I wouldn't recommend something like quest paladin to a beginner, even though the deck is quite easy to pilot, and relatively cheap - sure the power of completing the quest will lead to wins that compensate for misplays, but beginners who are learning have a hard time seperating wins and losses from good play/bad play. The two are often not connected in individual games, such is nature of hearthstone. Huge power swing decks often reinforce bad habbits in newer players.
Don't even attempt control/combo until all basics are fully grasped.
Which are the easiest/cheap decks to pilot for a begginer?
Mech paladin in wild is cheap and braindead.
Yeah pretty much was also gonna be my response. I’m at rank 4 in wild with the deck, it’s brain dead Aggro at its peak

Definitely go with Face Hunter. Hero Power as much as possible.
Go to New Deck and select the Classic Hunter Recipe. You'll see the line up.
You can pretty much select Classic Recipe for each Hero and see what the basic line up is.
Snip snap lock
dont do it though
To be honest, aggro decks are always the easiest decks to pilot by far.
The mech Hunter suggestion was good, zoo is so trash in standard right now.
