Ive got a small wishlist and I just wanted to ask some advice on what cards will get me the most mileage in the most decks- current meta or future metas.
Rotation in 2 months, so wait. All of the cards you listed are either niche or easy to live without, with the exception of Frost Lich Jaina. Jaina is great but doesn't have a good home in wild, so I would save your dust for now.
Current Meta: It really depends on what other cards you have. The only one that is essential to any current meta deck is Mecha'thun. Alexstrasza is important for certain decks too, but needs other cards to work. Any Mecha'thun-deck absolutely needs that one card for obvious reasons. Besides, Alex is performing best in Priest at the moment, but without Shadowreaper Anduin, I wouldn't bother. Stargazer Luna might be worth considering since you already have Jan'alai and Baku, but hardly a must-have in my opinion.
For future metas: Craft none of them.
The rotation will make some of the current meta decks unplayable, and forces many others to change a lot, and what is good afterwards is impossible to tell, especially since there are no news on the next expansion yet. Maybe Odd Mage will be extremely good, maybe it will blow. Maybe Mecha'thun continues to be useful, maybe it becomes pointless. Maybe Shaman becomes a playable class, maybe not.
If you want a good deck for the next two months, look at what else you'd need to craft to make one of these legendaries work. If you want a good deck IN two months that might last you a bit longer, just wait.
Just wait, your wishlist shows that you have interest in many different classes, so 1 legendary probably won't make the difference. But wait for the new meta and maybe craft a few of those epics when the new meta settles. Or that legendary that will make the deck in the new expansion/meta you want to play/try viable.

I was wondering this myself as I am a returning player. I seem to have missed the boat in my absence. My last card set was TGT. Not even realizing where I want to devote my time, I at the very least crafted viable Hunter and Odd Paladin decks for the current Standard. I thought I would just play in Wild, but the T1 decks I used to play can barely keep up with all the cards I missed in the between.
I am glad to see Blizzard isn’t making getting cards dependent on beating solo adventures like with Nax and BRM though. I’m not really a fan of prefab solo content decks. So I guess I’ll sit tight and collect dust until April.
I gotta say, the most fun deck I’ve been p.aying with so far is the budget C’thun Mage in casual. Makes me wish I was around when it was first released.

Grammar is the difference between knowing your crap, and knowing you’re crap.
There's also the old advice to craft decks not cards. There are lots of useful cards on your wishlist, but make sure anything you pick actually fits in a current strong deck that you want to play.

Wishlist: Mecha'thun, Bloodmage Thalnos, Prince Liam, Zul'jin, Alexstrasza,Stargazer Luna, Hagatha the Witch, Al'Akir the Windlord, Captain Hooktusk
and Frost Lich Jaina, which I know is rotating, but might be handy if I ever dive into wild
What I have: Baku and Genn, Leeroy, Zillax, Malygos, Janalai Dragonhawk, Ysera
Am I missing anything? Are there any major epics in should focus on instead?

Good advice, thanks all, I’ll hold on to the dust for now
Kripparrian posted a crafting guide to his YouTube channel a couple of weeks back. You may want to take a look at that.
If you want to craft one of those, I'd say Thalnos is a safe choice because it's classic and used in some decks every meta.
Football and games.

A .gif is worth a thousand words.
Hold on to your dust to craft an entire deck. All of legendaries you posted are playable, but some need quite expensive decks to work.
I'm afraid Captain Hooktusk would bore you fast.
Playing Hearthstone in German solely for Garrosh sounds. Sieg oder Tod!
Get a golden epic.
Of course you should wait, but [card]Bloodmage Thalnos[/card] is incredible!
Save dust dude
Yeah save dust, but i crafted mechathun 2 months ago and totally worth it. I like otk decks, and think rotation wont damage much this style
