Would you guys have any suggestions to it? There are some thoughts I had, regarding possible replacements I'm unsure about:
Bog Slosher for Tar Creeper? More reliant on having the right mini-mentals on hand, but stronger if you do.
Would Blazecaller fit into this deck? I don't know and I don't swim in dust so i haven't tried. I wouldn't really want to sacrifice any smaller drops for more lategame stuff to keep aggro.
Earth Shock has seemed to work best for me after trying Lightning Bolt and Lava Burst to mediocre success - the overload is just crippling and Earth Shock gets rid of taunts etc. so well.
This deck COULD use more draw from time to time. But i just don't see Elementary Reactionworking, it delays our aggro and worst case - gives us two Bloodlusts or Electras.
Fire poume harbinger is way too low impact... Only worth it if you go for some specific combo and need a diacount for it otherwise i would run blazecaller instead. Murmuring too... Which battlecry are you doubling? So maybe cut the 2 mana 1/1s as those are even slower than flametongue. Flametongue totem isn't slow. It is just not a turn 2 play, play it when you have minions on board for 4 damage burst. 2 mana 4 damage is always nice (if minions around it die it can be even 6+ extra damage). Of course expect it to die, but burst damage is already in the bag so rather than slow it is actually very fast... So i would say remove 2 mana 1/1s and put 2 flametongues and a blazecaller instead... (Or single flametongue and 2 blazecallers)
I would make it more control-like, like i did with my Jade-Elemental Shaman in Wild. Shudder would be nice here and I would also put Volcano into this deck
I have a list very very similar, no Hagatha in it but I do have Blazecaller and it's way worth it. Played as a control deck this can beat some very unfavourable matchups.
I have Bog Slosher too and Tar Creeper.
This deck should be a value cow and you should never need card draw

Trying this right now. Always kinda knew Harbinger wasn't worth it but was hesitant to put the awesome high-drop elementals in, when Zoolocks were a thing. Gonna report back with results

I started this deck with volcanoes in it, they stuck to my hand a lot vs. control decks and ended up fucking up my own board and the next turn, too.
I personally think you don't need two Earth Shocks and two Hexes. Especially when you only have one Lightning Storm, so I would switch one of the single target to an AOE. As mentioned above, Shudderwock seems like it would be good. I also think that the Fire Plume Harbinger could be decent since a turn 5 Fire Elemental is pretty strong and a lot of people wouldn't play around it. Not to mention the other elementals coming down earlier as well. I somewhat question Bog Slosher, but I think the best card to play with it would be Tar Creeper, so i would cut something else to include it if you wanted.
I'd take out the Harbingers like others have said. With 2xHex and and 2xEarthen Might, Zentimo would be useful.
Also, card draw would be nice. The card that draws two if you played an elemental the previous turn.
The fire plume elemental is nice for aggro, but you are control with this deck. It could be swapped out. If you do add Shudder, you can add the taunt elemental (4/4 that gives two 2/3 taunts).

My single Lightning Storm sticks to my hand pretty often as aggro decks can't really build a board against me, apart from hunter Spellstone, which I answer to with Hagatha or Kalimos. Nevertheless, I will try Hex -> Lightning Storm tho, there are too many Hunters atm. Let's see if that helps.
I've been trying something similar but I added Illidan Stormrage, it works with the low costed Shaman cards and Bloodlust and the Flame of Azzinoths are actually elementals.
Hmm, I suppose Illidan would suck up a panic-removal because the enemy would instantly be afraid of him. I think maybe his direct impact is too low to justify him over a Fire Elemental, also he doesnt trigger elementals. but i just so happen to own illidan, i might as well try it
I finally decided to go for it, spend some dust and make myself an elemental shaman deckbeause I had always wanted to play the archetype.
After lots of testing, I came up with this version:

Flametongue Totem, as well as Mana Tide Totem are - as far as I'm conerned - just too slow and fragile to include.

I have been playing with this deck a while. Quite good. But slow against aggro if you dont get a good start.
Have a lot of good combos too. like murmur + blaze for a good finisher (10dmg)

Both? What did you take out for both of them?

Currently moving from R5 -> L with this deck at 60% winrate

I had Illidan in my early versions but he works way better in mage and even then is one of the first cards you look at for cuts.
Fun when it works but way too rare to actually be useful over a removal or another big elemental
