None of the plays are particularly great. You could hero power, attack the trogg, and then next turn hopefully shiv the trogg, attack it to remove it, and then eviscerate the totem golem. You could also sap one of them to try and stall till you get a better play. Coin SI on the golem and then play the Earthen Ring next turn is worth considering as well.
Personally I'd go for the SI play myself, but none are going to put you in a great spot.
I personally would hero power and attack trogg because it gives you the most options for turn 3. But really, you're probably dead regardless. Using coin without killing anything seems bad.
I personally would have shived the trogg and (if you only had the mana) coined out the eviscerate on the Totem Golem. I would plan to play earthenring farseer on turn 3.
€: But to be honest, none of the Plays you can make are truly superior. I am led by the thought of getting rid of a threat on board, while playing farseer will enable to trade with the trogg on turn 4. Turn 3 he can't play feral spirit and on turn 4, you still have sap to return a Flamewreathed Faceless.
Hmm. I would probably hero power the trogg. Its a risky play, sure, but it has the highest chance of getting you on the board. Because then next turn you can shiv coin eviscerate, as well as finish off the trogg. Although you could get blown out by a flametongue and brought to low health, you need to risk it because if you don't you will lose anyway.
As ugly as it seems, coin Eviscerate on the golem might be the best play. Turn 3 Farseer makes it so that if he wants to play the 7/7 on-curve be will have to let you trade with the trogg (and then your sap is beautiful), but ultimately his turn 3 play will dictate the game's pace no matter what.
Sapping here accomplishes very little because you don't have a followup if he replays the golem. Hero powering leads to too much damage which is game over if he's an aggro shaman, but can allow for a mid-game turnaround if he's midrange and lacks the burn to finish you off.
Really, with an aggressive Shaman opening like this the best bet is to guess what he has in hand and then play fully against that. If you try to cover all your bases you'll lose. Basically you need to decide whether you're going to play as though he has either flametongue or flamewreath and not both. If you play as though he has both you'll lose. Ideally you play against one and he has neither.
I'd save sap because a turn 4 flamewreath into a sap really screws his curve and with auctioneer and coin in hand sets you up for a potential kill by turn 8 or 9.

You should sap the totem golem. Its more of a tempo play and you have other plays next turn.
