I don't know anything about the apprentice track, but the one thing you should definitely know is that there is a new concept called "catchup packs" that contain more cards depending on how little of the newer sets you own - up to 50 cards per pack.
Also there is an arena reset going on in a few days. Thqt means that if you start an arena run and don't finish it, you'll get the rewards of that run and a free arena admission ticket once the rotation happens (essentially a free run).
What most people don't realise about this deck is that the real win condition is the damage you deal by punching the opponent in the face while distracting them with the minions you develop.
Even though sometimes your opponent will not have an answer and your minions will connect, more often than not the DH deals the majority of the damage with cheap cards that add attack or deal direct damage, while the opponent has to spend their turns removing minions.
I played a lot less and never buy expansions anymore. The game is as unbalanced as can be. Classes with near 60% winrate and classes with near 40% winrate. They are not even trying to fix it. Then fine, you don't get my money anymore.
Priest can only win with The dragon legendary, which has no counter aside being lucky with dropping a Dirty Rat. Paladin can permanent stealth a fully buffable minion which only counter is a silence.
Nah man, not my meta at all. I want to see board battles. Smart thinking. Nothing of that is left.
There has not been a single deck with 60% winrate for months. What are you talking about?
Considering there was no broken, tier S deck before rotation and there is no broken tier S deck after the very first round of nerfs, i don't know what you're talking about.
I came back after a 1 year break. I used to play only wild mode. Now the new standard is wilder then wild used to be!
Like 50% of the classes now have the same strategy. Draw like mad and OTK.
And compared to wild, they removed the tech cards from standard.
There are plenty of tech cards, but nobody played them in week one, because the dust hadn't settled down. There's Dirty Rats, tradeable Weapon Removal, Speaker Stompers that end the game vs Nature Shaman.
However it's not easy to counter the meta when the meta has not yet settled. We'll start seeing more of that with every passing week.

They're not avaliable as single packs for gold. If you are willing to spend money, there should be one or more bundles with them in the shop.

Nature Shaman might be tier S after the DH nerf goes live.

5 mana Shopper is mediocre, as is 8 mana Mag.
The weapon IS the only problem.

Is the only good thing for the game is vanilla minions? Should we just be playing spider tanks and yetis forever?
Powerful mechanics are what make a game fun. They're not just good, but necessary.

It's probably fun for players who got blown out by Reno Warriors one too many times.
Although it doesn't hard-counter the better version of that deck as much, it's still the closest thing to it.

Shaman got a small nerf and is still very much viable. If the devs hated shaman, they could have nuked it.

If the stats say 70% winrate, then you should stop using that source, as their stats are garbage.

The meta in standard is healthy and mostly fun.

I don't know as much as i would like about him, but the guy who made dwarf fortress seems awesome.

Coldlight Oracle? What are you talking about?

VS stats say otherwise. It had the highest winrate at high legend, higher than all other nerfed decks.
