I'm usually complaining about stuff blizzard does to HS. So let's stay on script and ask: why the f*** is "temple escape" so ridiculously easy?
Seriously, you literally never get 10 damage from choosing swinging across the spikes. I know it because I've been playing this stage over and over... BECAUSE IT IS SO MUCH FUN. Seriously, I LOVE the fact they're going in the direction of alternative win conditions! Mechazod brawl was super cool too!
Haha, ok, I just wanted to sound mega salty 4 tha lols. I still think they could have made it A LIIIITTLE bit less noob-proof, but hey, there is heroic too right? I actually can't play it yet because I'm going to gang up with some friends tomorrow to have fun beating it.
So, yeah. I really have a lot of critics when it comes to stuff blizzard is doing with hearthstone, but I also enjoy giving them credit for pumping life into the game with stuff like this. Kudos, guys.
If it gets way too easy I think we can always try to beat it as a face hunter hahahaha... hero power literally does nothing and no meaningful ways to trade efficiently... heheh
I'm in such a good mood I don't even think I care if it still feels easy.
I've got to say after having just beaten it (or normal) the first time I played it, I chose the 'gamble' option everytime and lost everytime. Seemed like amazing new content, had a 'choose your own adventure' feel to it. More of this sort of thing would be really great IMO.
Just beat the heroic version. Seems like Freeze Mage is the way to go, but I chose the challenge of using Paladin instead since I didn't have the cards to make FM (not about to throw away dust just for a heroic fight).
Honestly, I've really liked all the Challenges this time around. The Djinni challenge was WAY too easy even on heroic, but other than that I felt challenged on occasion but never frustrated and all of the encounters felt fresh and creative.

Normals are meant to be fun and easy so you get the cards. Heroic was a little challenging.

What?! Naxx Out?
Pogchamp.

Redemption, Noble Sacrifice, and Annoy-o-Tron were my MVP's. Pretty much tech'd in a bunch of taunts minions, Hand of Protection, and Humility to counter the number of enemy minions attacking. The last turn was the hardest for me because if I didn't have the Equality+Consecration combo, I was pretty much SOL.
Totally doable as a Pally, but you're at the mercy of RNG draws.

The whole adventure is easy if you just build decks to counter them. Took like an hour to do everything.
I still think it'd be better if Blizzard tuned adventures to use 1 deck for all fights instead of allowing specific decks for each fight.
Freeze mage makes temple escape ridiculously easy, basically it's impossible to not win on 1st try with freeze mage.
Every time I've picked "Take 10 damage" and every time it's happened.

I threw together a priest deck with a bunch of chump blocks and removal, still super easy.
OMG, I played like 8 or 9 times and wanted to chose the option that had more potential to make things harder on me. Never got 10 damage.
Let's see how I fare later on heroic today :)
