As for the hardest, I'm not decided yet since I've only completed heroic LOE yet and I'm still in the process of beating BRM and Naxx. So far, that title goes to Skelesaurus Hex. It's completely, frustratingly luck-dependent. When he drops a turn 1 Ysera, there's just nothing you can do except concede.
Yeah, after having done LoE mother fuckin' Skelesaurus is up there

Drakkisath took me like 6 hours of rng to win with the majordomo trick 6 hours xd all that cause I had no real cards in my collection so I had to cheese it that way..
i have tried that boss countless times, and i cant beat him. he is just to fast, he destroys my heal with his super hero power and i cant do anything!!
Oh, the hardest bosses for me were Nefarian v1 and way more, Chromaggus. I was new to HS and still had very few cards at the time. Took me so many tries to beat him! It was almost Impossible without Doomsayer and some other cards. I tried so many decks too, and I finally noticed the only way I could beat him was with RNG. I had to make an Alarm-o-Bot Druid and get turn 1 Innervate + Alarm-o-Bot into Ironbark Protector and very lucky draws to win.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any screenshots of that game, but I did find one from the Nefarian fight.
Most Karazhan bosses were really easy (I only remember to have struggled at Malchezaar, Julianne and Netherspite). Maybe the easiest was Nightbane. Could hardly tell any difference.
Most LoE bosses were easy as well , although I had minor struggles in many of them.
In terms of hard games, by far the worse for me were Gothik and Drakkisath.

I found Sapphiron pretty easy with a trap hunter I made :/
Since TGT Sapphiron can be beaten in easy mode with a Dreadsteed deck: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/395284-heroic-sapphiron-dreadsteed-cheese

I agree with heroic Skelesaurus being the "hardest". Because there just isn't anything you can do against a free turn 1 Varian Wrynn.

Its fangs are in your flesh before its hiss leaves your ears.
Golden Heroes: Druid -> Rogue -> Shaman -> Hunter -> Warlock
I used to be a control player like you, then I took a quick shot to the knee.
Already tried that several times, it didn't work. He deals too much damage.

Easiest: Maexxna.
Only heroic that even my 11yr old sis could do with a basic set of cards.

The first Arch Thief Rafam was one of the easiest in my memory.. Building a super crap deck wasn't that hard.
I had most trouble with Sapphiron. (probably it is way easier now with all the expansions)
Who can take your trash out?
Stomp it down for you?
Shake the plastic bag
and do the twisty thingy, too?
