Trying to play chapter 4 on iPhone and getting a “can’t load content - no player deck specified” error? It doesn’t seem to want to let me do the new content. Others experiencing this? Have you found a fix? Thanks guys.
For a company like Blizzard, and considering how popular and how much money is behind Hearthstone, I don't know how anyone can think this is new adventure is anything but disappointing. They did the minimal effort route, again.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Its been the worst adventure of all time! Blackrock/Temple/Mediv tower had way more going on. FCK THIS GODDAMN 80's PORTAL ANIMATION! The story is bullshiet, the return of cards inside of adventure so that they can earn more dollars.
First of all, the story is bad. HS is a silly game but there is a limit to how silly you can be until i lose interest. Lets be real, who actually cared about Rafaam and his band of discount villains? It kinda butchers the WoW lore this game was once based upon.
The decks and OP hero powers they give you in normal mode were a bad idea. You just breeze through all the content in 5 min with no effort. Might as well give me the cards for free. I understand why they did it, to allow everyone to get the cards, but this kinda made me lose interest fast in the bosses. They weren't memorable.
And the cards themselves...ugh. They could have made a mini expansion that had the same theme as the year, but no, we got rejects from previous expansion that don't really fit at all with what the meta situation is. Winged Guardian made embiggen good, but besides that most new cards fell flat.
I really liked it! Good written story, sells the theme of a clash between good and evil. The cards aren't the greatest, but some very fun and interesting. Money well spent
As others said felt kinda low effort (especially the ending which is so fucking anti-climatic except the second part of Evil's second to last battle, but even then the last EVIL battle ending is really dumb). Also, I don't understand how are both endings supposed to happen at the same time? Or only one happens canonically? Also we still don't know why exactly Rafaam wanted Dalaran.
However it had some interesting bosses. I once in a while return to Khadgar vs Avalanchan to see in how many turns I can win. And while cards are mostly bad, I plan to try some of them, and had fun with Big Beast Druid before the whole Embiggen trend started.
I enjoyed it. It was definitely an easy ride but it was a fun one! I cleared through all of it on one go, aside from the second boss for one of the sides. I don't remember which. Whatever though, it was fun and I enjoyed it. If I had to give a complaint it would be the week-long wait between each section. Not a huge deal, but with how quick the content is to clear I would have enjoyed it more had I been able to play through it all in one go.
The new cards aren't really anything to write home about. I'll give them all a shot but I don't expect great things. I'm wondering, do the cards become available to everyone after today, for crafting or does a person need to have purchased the content in order to get them? I pre ordered so it's no big deal for me.. but I'm wondering how it is for those who didn't.
I mean, it was below average. The year started off ok but the end is basically I giant middle finger to the people with any interest in the story. It makes no sense, rafaam and his misfits resurrecting GALAKROND when no one else could and taking down dalaran when even the Legion failed? Like I said, beyond silly. And the ending? "Yay, we won!"
Hearthstone works better as standalone adventures and expansions. At this point, I'd love if they drop the league of Evil and the explorers for a long while
The first three wings were terrible, especially coming off (in my opinion) the two best solo adventures they'd ever released. The fights were lame and the story was boring.
That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the last wing. The cards and decks for the final few fights got so ridiculous that it was actually kind of enjoyable to play. The plot was also pretty uninteresting up to that point, very paint by numbers, but things got so off the wall in the last chapter that it was kind of enjoyable. Plus, we got to spend time with the actually enjoyable characters instead of a bunch of boring ones. Rafaam narrating himself is delightful, and it's nice to see the league members interact.
I give it a 4/10. It was fun towards the end but the first 75% was a complete waste of time. I wouldn't mind them doing this story stuff for the next couple expansions.

I mostly agree. The idea might have seemed good on paper - a yearlong epic culminating in a final battle featuring ancient reasons against the backdrop ofa magical floating city. The problemis that the game isn't really suited to this kind of storytelling, and Blizzard ould never quite decide if they wanted to play it straight and be all epic climax or for laughs.
It was an experiment. Not all experiments work, but there were a few new cards which night shake up the meta at least a bit.
How was your overall impression after playing through the adventure?
Bad. It felt low effort to me. Weak designs, bad art, dull cards.

“Put your faith in the Light!”
Disappointing. Really hoping Blizzard will never do this kind of boring content that unlocks unique cards behind a paywall.
Trash like the overall game.
Quit

Very bad end to the year of dragon :<
They tried something new and it kinda fell flat.

Disappointed. It was extremely fun but we were promised a golden pack, which I didn't get.
i'm stupid.Guys, cards from adventure will be craftable?
Yes, but only after the cards be rotated, before that you need to buy the adventure.

I already have.
