Card design has an unwritten rule to not go over 4 lines of text, because 5 looks cluttered and wordy, 4 can sometimes look cluttered but it's usually the max for lines. As said before, hard to fix. This card is a good card though, interesting flavor and cool effect(s). Just a couple things to remember; the choose one effect is always written out as Choose One - it is the only effect followed by a hyphen, not a colon; and aside from the odd grammatical errors in the text (mostly capitalization) it looks good. Maybe a little to good for 1 mana, because a 2/2 for 1 is REALLY good, even with the forgetful effect attached. But still a cool card.
For the text issue, I would just change the beginning to "Summon a 2/2 Ogre Monk". I don't think you need to specifically describe it in this card description, just like how Dr. Boom doesn't have the effects written out for Boom Bots. Players will learn the card quickly. Other examples of this are all the Quest cards that just state the reward cards, all the Spellstones that just say upgrade, Pyros not including the deathrattle effect, Mimiron's Head not describing V-07-TR-0N, etc. So it should be fair to leave it out text aesthetics. Also in that sense, probably capitalize the "M" in Ogre Monk.
Another option would be to create a keyword for "50% chance to attack the wrong enemy" - something possibly like "confused" or as @Sillyraptor suggested "forgetful".
Balance wise, this is a pretty strong card, but I don't think it is too overpowered.
i took tomduh7777's idea, "Confusion" could be the tag for that effect
Obeys the four line rules. I approve! ;)

It's a great card but just too many lines of text, hard to fix unfortunately but still balanced

Nice idea!

here are the completely corrected cards
now i need to think how use "Confusion" to other effects, like make it "50% chance to miss" over just 50% chance to attack wrong characters
