An 8/8 minion that can be summoned repeatedly with a mere cost of 6, and in addition to that destroys over half deck when repeatedly played with other cards that have synergies with it. Who thought of this? Who thought this is balanced?
Meanwhile pathetic Priest cards get nerfed even thought they are weak to begin with.
Youre allowed to have 40-40 stats on board every turn with rez mechanichs or to pull perfect answers generated by rng? Hm yes, ticktacus should stay the same.

Everyone can see that 6 cost card with 8/8 stats that burns off half of opponents deck is ridiculously OP. It gets even more ridiculously OP when you compare the card to other classes legendary card choices: they have nothing even remotely similar. But I guess you own the damn card and thus are eagerly defending it.
This is a problem, but priest straight up stealing win conditions, including tickatus, for 2 mana or less is totally fine. I cant tell you how many times my control decks get sniped by priest and they use my tickatus to burn my deck then my yash to do it again.
Tickatus can’t be played before turn 8 most of the time, cause you need to play a 7 to corrupt him (and have him) . And most aggro decks make you sad way before then. This card is meant to beat combos and other control decks and it works for that.
Is it frustrating yup, have I also burned 5 soul shards in a row on the enemy player, yup.
It isn't that Tickatus is OP, but that Tickatus is bullshit. Tickatus Warlock doesn't have absurd winrates. But getting Tickatussed out and having your deck eliminated is just incredibly toxic.
It's the kind of card which isn't too strong, but probably just shouldn't exist.

Two pretty strong "created by" cards for 2 mana is probably too good. The powercreep in Hearthstone over the past two or three years has just been absurd and horrendous. Now, I don't think there's anything inherently bad about stealing a win condition, but the value generation from a lot of value-generator cards is off the charts. Aggro kills faster than it ever has. Combo wins are much more crushing and automatic. Every deck has to be razor focused--because matchups are so polarized--that there's so much less room for fun or creative decks.
But like, this seems to just be the reality of Hearthstone these days.
Anyhow, Warlock is in rough enough shape that I wish they had more strong stuff, but I just wish that stuff wasn't as toxic as deck-deletion.

If it's OP, why the fuck aren't decks that it's in Tier 1 decks? Or even Tier 2? It has a 48% winrate.
Tickatus lock decks barely make it in the bottom of tier 3. It's not a good card. It's not consistent, it doesn't have enough impact, and it's a dead draw in 20-30% of games since the deck it's in only runs 3-4 enablers.
The problem with Tickatus isn't that it's strong, it just feels bad to play against it.
Tick is a meme. Slow as fuck. Playing him isnt even a sure win, it’s just like reshuffling your opponents deck unless you hit fatigue (most games don’t) Ysharsh is a 10 mana card, meaning it’s dead in most matchups. A 6 mana 8/8 wouldn’t see play. way to slow. just kill them the turn they Play Tick Problem solved. and no, it isn’t even a sure win against control. Most control decks have threats and apply pressure. Yeah if you play fatigue warrior, tickatus may defeat you, but that’s ok. It’s a counter to very greedy decks. That’s fine. Most combo decks are too fast for it.

Bro youre a priest player. Priest is the reason I put tickatus in my deck. Me spending all my resources to clear a board you can bring back with one card the very next turn? Tickatus is a counter/tech to that style of deck.
Op forgot that this can be tutored out and have its cost reduced by 2 to 4 mana. If the lock goes second and has coin, plus the duplicate the hi roll becomes 2 8/8s t5 and burn 10 cards of your deck.

5 Cards is not half of the deck nor can you pull that off with regular curving on 6 mana. Other classes has the same power level cards that are in rare/epic range yet they arent being nerfed. Yeah, compared to other top classes legenderies in 6 ish mana domain, ticktacus is nowhere near powerful as some unnerfed legendary card that im guessing you shamelessly own :))))))))))
theres a reason warlock is not OP right now becouse the card is fine as it is... atlast for now... meby when there add new cards it will be broken but for now its not OP at all
Tickatus have low win rate because its aggro meta now. You don’t care about 5 or 10 cards from your deck if your opponent is on 5 hp meanwhile. Control or combo meta would be almost unplayable because since control/combo decks appears, Tickatus will too. Some of solutions could be increase of its mana cost.
It should cost 12 and remove 20 cards from your deck, if it's corrupted then destroy your own hero. Such a broken card with 90% played winrate and every tickatus deck having over 80% wr is not healthy for the game. It feeds on no brain control decks, it's literally at Mindrender Illucia's level of insta win against otk decks, it beats aggro so easily because warlocks have 31 aoe cards in their decks and heal for 25+ every game because of the soul fragments. Who even had the idea to make control warlock so bonkers? It will define the standard meta for the next 3 years.

Yes, and you're allowed to hit Warlock's face.
English is not my native language, so, with a high probability, mistakes were made.
blud i warned people this card would be OP but manz didn't listen now were screwed and blizz won't nerf.
I’ve never heard of this Tickatus thing before. Why wasn’t a thread about this made earlier?
Yes, the warlock does not have anything in his deck to remove minions. Yes indeed.
Loose 6 turns in a row, youre allowed then

Please remember that Tickatus is a very useful card for players with cognitive disabilities.
Take a walk on the wild side...
should cost 9
