I've got a relatively new FTP account (April 2018) where my only meta deck is Odd Paladin (it's cheap - currently rank 10).
I packed the Storm Bringer and Thrall, Deathseer and I'm trying to build a token shaman deck around them, to have something different. I also have Corridor Creepers, which I crafted for Odd Paladin, but not much else in terms of epics and legendaries. I have Al'Akir and Zilliax but I don't think they're very useful here.
Any thoughts on ways to improve the below decklist? With commons and rares if possible.
I think the archetype is weak to start with but if possible I'd like to optimize this deck. So far it feels it's not very good at taking the board - even shaman is much better at that. And it also feels like there isn't enough card draw.

My old F2P favorites for Shaman are Argent Squire and Harvest Golem. Both are sticky minions to set up for Flametongue Totem. As for draw, you could try subbing out the Stonehill Defenders for Mana Tide Totems.
Also, since you mentioned you have Al'Akir and Ziliax, 2 copies of Corpsetaker would be petty good if you're able to craft them.
The guy who fetches a five Mana spell is pretty cool, storm chaser, as well as his buddy thunder head, which is unfortunately an epic. You could run feral spirit to trigger the overload on thunderhead. I just feel like you hit the nail on the head, even shaman at least competes with other aggro decks for the board, which is why I wouldn't craft for this deck. It's nice delivering the knockout blow which even shaman lacks, but what's the point if zoo is just giving you a beat down. Hope you get it to work though!

Best of luck :D
Check out my fun and innovative decks here:
Beat your opponent to a pulp with Revenant Warrior or outlast them with Demon Reno Warlock.
You have pretty bad 2-drops, it would be wise to pack in a little bit more 1-drops, such as Mecharoo and Argent Squire. Your 3-drops also aren't good. You can add Harvest Golems, Igneous Elementals and even Shattered Sun Clerics.
I feel like Stonehill Defenders are useless in this deck, same goes for Lightning Bolts.
