Push thier hp to low asap (Bearshark helps), then use Flare or Eater of Secrets. It's better than simply push and count they run off of Ice Block, becouse they can and will get more with glyph or cabalist's tome. Other strategy Dirty Rat Antonidas or Apprentice.
Play taunt warrior with 2 rats. Problem solved. It also wins against a lot of other decks.

Aggro... play aggressively. Honestly people just play the match up wrong mostly. Sometimes the Mage draws well but I go up against people who make really defensive plays, shuffle jade idols etc it's like what are you doing. People will trade into the 1/1s and such it's just so dumb. I had a win rate of 53% as jade Druid vs quest Mage which isn't bad for a matchup some say is impossible. But then again I had 72% win rate vs jade Druid as quest Mage. People tend to just be fairly bad at piloting decks and making poor decisions based on the match up, those people usually then come on here to talk about cancer and other life threatening diseases.

Who said jade druid vs quest mage was impossible?
If played correctly pre-nerf it was about even, perhaps even with the druid as a slight favorite.

Pretty sure a lot of people said it, but yeah, that's my point, most people don't play it properly. If you play too defensively vs qmage it is 100% loss.
wrong answer. If I am posting on Priest sub forum then I must not be looking for them as my answer.
Situational card at best. & requires tremendous luck to obtain that one.
Unreliable tech cards & not suited well with the strategy of dominant Priest decks present at this current time.
Oooh don't you say?! Wait wait... You want to beat Quest Mage but you don't want to include any tech cards and ruin your netdeck? Booo hoooo I'm so sorry. I usually don't like ruining my opponent's day but I'm looking forward to crush your Priest (net)deck with my homebrew Quest Mage. Good luck :)

Now on the more serious side. Seriously guys, beating Quest Mage is super easy you just need some tech cards. Dirty Rat does the job but be careful. You want to play it as late as possible about the time your opponent completes quest. Second, go face as much as you can. Playing control against quest mage kills you. Quest mage doesn't even have tools to kill you without the quest except if it runs yogg. If you are playing aggro just include Eater of Secrets but even without it you are likely to win and last but not least: Mill Rogue shits on Quest Mage. I am playing Quest Mage so it's kinda dumb I am saying this to you guys but I would like to see some twists in the game and I am playing it just for fun anyway :)
Title
I assume you are talking about the Quest Mage and not the Paladin Exodia combo.
Flare
Death Grip
Dirty Rat
Eater of Secrets
Potion of Polymorph
Eye for an Eye
Coldlight Oracle (to mill combo pieces)
Gnomeferatu

None of this works 100% of the time.

Mayor Noggenfogger
Swamp King Dred
EXODIA OBLITERATE!!!!!!!!
Steal an iceblock?
Thought that was the standard priest play.
Other than that your best bet is coldlight oracle. You don't want to play it, your loss.
Dirty Rat is probably your best bet because it's actually usable in some other match ups
Play a faster Priest deck.

This is just an 'I shouldn't have to tech against the meta bilzz plz fix' salt thread. Guess what? Tech or lose, like everyone else.
