I guess you wanted to include psychmelon and looked for some high mana cost cards that could fit into the deck. However, I am not convinced of the deathrattle synergy, in particular since you will play 7 mana for silver vanguard and get a deathrattle of minions which are merely 1 mana more expensive, but have way better stats or provide some extra bonus (you can't ignore a taunt minion). And you only have four 4 mana minions. All in all it looks like an mix of token Druid with an inferior recruit Druid. Generally, token Druid is already cheap and it should be possible to reduce some of the staple epics and cut Malfurion the Pestilent without hurting the deck too much.
Giggling Inventors are well fitting. Soul of the forest fits but since it´s not realy token druid trying to be low cost it´s not as powerful. But Agreed puting in one is a good thing.
I played a recruit druid some time ago and know that Silver Vanguard is not realy needed but it synergizes especially with psychic melon.
So you are right both suggestions fit well but there is low room. I agree token druid is already low in costs and Malfurion replaceable.
About only four four mana cards. No need for more.... There is one recruit two in the deck and the deck will try to win mid game not late. You also won´t try to wait for only token combo and mix board fill with big threats.
But this one is diffrent and cheaper. Shure you can go token druid...
I played the recruit version in the past with branching path not savage roar. As said this is a budget deck. If you have branching path use it. One roar or even none is enough.
Today Morning two matches: Odd rouge and topsy priest ... Tow more in the hitlist :-). The deck works.
Here apossible normal version. I am slaying oponents with it ... Only a shudder got me.
Refined the deck a bit. I knew it from the past but tried again ... The Silver Vanguard helps in deck consistency but is barley played on curve. I now replaced it with a powerhouse in making this deck even more consistentent since it´s not the buget version. Countess Ashmore and thus added Zilliax who is a global allrounder with synergy in that deck. What i am not confident is removing one Ironwood Golem.
I personally would also like to use a second living mana but not shure about it. It´s a powercard unless runinng into a priest with mass dispell and psycic scream ...
Hi
Tried to make a druid without legends and trying to keep it low in costs. So a possible buget deck that can do well.
Suitable cards if you have:
Brancing path: Absolute top card that can replace one Nourish/Ferociuos Howl. Flexible and huge synergies. I would do it if possible.
Living Mana: Powerful boardfill and synergy with mulchmunchers. They won so many games that they should be in.
Grand Archivist : Huge deck synergy. Kind of fun and surprise factor.
Cenarius: There is no need to put in a weak nine mana card but this will give you more power. (Ysera will also do well)
Twig of the World Tree: Not needed but fits quite nice.

Juicy Psychicmelon: Makes the deck much more consistent. I would not put it out!
Kobold Librarian?
You can't stop the signal.
Ups: Grand Archivist
Two cards that surely would improve the deck are Giggling Inventor and Soul of the Forest .

It´s buget deck goal so i replayed livin mana with giggling inventor and also put in two Soul of the forest.
First match killed deathrattle hunter despite a good egg start XD. I will test the deck.
Edit: Spellhunter and Paladin wins. Taunt druid lost. That seems close to unwinable but good till now.
Grand Archivist looks like an interesting choice, just seems like you could pull savage roar too often and lost value
